The experience was very good because the fitters were very helpful and professional.

Not being able to communicate effectively by phone rather than email. It's not always easy to explain in an email what the problem actually is. A couple of problems have arisen since the work was done. I would appreciate a call at some time discuss the priblems

The sales team were amazing, Ian was checking on progress everyday, the kitchin its self is stunning, I was helped to make right decisions and the surveyor was great, unfortunately their are small problems the two pantry doors do not line up with the side panels so their is a half inch gap at the top, the doors sit lower than the side panels, which is noticeable, and not nice, the doors need to be made to fit the side panels, plus finishing touches of screw holes not plugged up underneath cabinets, the cooker light stopped working within a month and the strip lights Underneath the wall cabinets buzz and are part not working regardless of only turning them on three times to show them off, two sockets together not alighned, noticed by a friend apart from these issues its a lovely kitchin.

Excellent service from Roomsense Kitchens. Purchased both a kitchen and a bathroom from them and they did no disappoint, excellent quality, low price and quick excellent fitters.

Lucky for us, Roomsense was recommended by someone we met at a party. Our designer, Andreas is experienced and gave us good practical advice and his design was exceptional. No hard sale, just honest clear pricing. The customer service was impeccable, everybody was polite and the kitchen was delivered as planned and without delays. Steve the fitter showed what true expertise is and his attention to detail is second to none, the kitchen including floor tiles was complete in seven working days and we are definitely happy we did not let anyone else fit it.
If you are looking for a brand new kitchen, bedroom or bathroom you must use Roomsense.

From the initial home visit I was at ease with Steve the designer. He showed me all the samples and gave good ideas providing a plan that worked for me. The surveyor was also good making a few tweaks along the way and the fitting was smooth and without problems. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

We are very happy with Roomsense Kitchens. They gave us the best ideas and their price was cheaper than our Wren quote. The kitchen is very good quality and I only wish we had got them to install it in the first place. Our builder made a mess of the fitting so we asked Roomsense to sort out what they could. They sent their fitters in and they took most of it out and fitted it again properly.
We recommend you use them and their fitting service.

Every thing was great apart from the hob quite dangerous with the high pan rests if you don't get it centred they tip not safe if you have hot water or oil in them

Ian Reeve was our contact and he did everything to make our kitchen perfect even sourcing certain products for us that we asked for he did an amazing job. Jay Hemmingway also helped us with the aftersales I kept asking questions on items and he was patient and supplied the information I asked for with no hesitation.

From the very beginning, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to helping us achieve the perfect kitchen for our space. We chose to self-build our kitchen, and they did everything possible to make the process easy for us. From the planning stage right through to delivery, everything was handled smoothly and efficiently.

They even organised someone to assemble the cabinets, which saved us hours and hours of time and made a huge difference. The attention to detail throughout the whole process really stood out, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble.

The quality and finish of the kitchen are outstanding — everything feels premium, well-crafted, and built to last. Our kitchen looks amazing, and we are absolutely delighted with the result.

Good service good quality cupboards fitter were brilliant couldn’t ask for more

The units are excellent but admin was confused meaning we were sent the wrong hob (electric instead of gas) and had to source our own or wait 2 weeks for the right one. Also the housing for the oven was incorrectly done and they had to come back and redo it. Some of the unit doors were also incorrect sizes and we had to wait for the correct size.
