Awful company. Ordered £70 valentines chocolates that turned up as a chocolate tombola as so poorly packaged. The chocolates were in a dirty box and ruined. I tried to complain but the arrogant “luxury” brand ignored me. Buy Cadbury’s!!!

Very straight forward, the order and delivery worked as expected/hoped! Great job, well done!

Rococo is one of the things that I miss about London having moved across the world to Australia and not been able to find anywhere that comes close!

The chocolates I ordered didn’t arrive at their destination so I contacted Rococo. I received a reply explaining that the problem was with the delivery company.
Rococo then sent a larger box of chocolates as an apology.
The recipient is very happy so thank you Rococo.

Superb quality of every single product backed up by smart delivery, great communication and easily navigable website.

An expensive box of chocolates was sent out badly packed and damaged in transit. Three emails to the company have so far elicited no response.

I didn't receive my full order! I would like to be sent the product I have payed for ASAP

I couldn't use the payment system from US because of postcode and card. I used the bot which didn't get me anywhere and then emailed customer service - they responded but it took some prodding. I was hoping I could have ordered more simply by phone. As there was a lapse and just before I received the service's reponse with an invoice link for an order - I was able to complete the transaction online myself and order delivery. Superb from there on, with swift delivery and of course a beautiful product.

Wonderful and fast shipping and care in packaging! The only thing I would have liked better is to know that I would have had to be home to sign for it when it was delivered. It was a bit of a run around to finally receive it. But beautiful chocolates!

I’m from Australia so this was my first visit to your Rococo store. I have experienced your chocolate before and have also been to Grenada where I first heard about the company and links to the local cocoa growers. I really enjoy the quality, taste and beautiful packaging of your products. Unfortunately you didn’t have two of my favourites; Spice Island and Ruby chocolate, in the store this time round. I consoled myself with buying a box of handpicked chocolates; festive wireworks truffles and bergamot/earl grey truffles. My son bought your ‘olives’ and I purchased spiced chai hot chocolate as a gift and coated hazelnuts. All had exquisite flavours and, in the case of the fireworks truffles, I wish they were available all year round. The only product I found were not as good as expected were your coated hazelnuts. They were too sweet for my taste.
I hope you resume your chocolate making sessions again so I can fly half way around the world to participate!

Chocolate bars purchased are good quality. Arrived in good condition and well packed

I ordered chocolates at the beginning of December. The order was complete last week!!!! At first it wasn’t sent. Then 2 of the things I wanted were sold out. It was really hard contacting anyone. Happy my order eventually got sorted but not without me having to ask all the time what was happening! And sadly the gifts didn’t get to me in time for Xmas. I adore your chocolates but phew!

Really liked the slightly novel praline potatoes. And orange slices in choc always a winner, yet hard to find. Slightly pricey but chocolate is these days & I guess you get what you pay for! (Hopefully in terms of ethical production as well as product).

The chocolates are very good,violet and rose creams
