The team at RockHer we’re incredible. As a UK buyer they were able to provide me with unrivalled pricing and were able to accommodate my shipping requests as well. They were able to assist me right throughout the sale providing me with additional pictures and videos. When I got my hands on the stone in the UK...wow! I was blown away. I took it to be assessed by a reputable jeweller who confirmed the stone matched that of the GIA certificate. I can not fault this process at all. 10/10 service, 10/10 diamond!

I litteraly never give reviews because I am so lasy to do it. Sometimes I do it if the service is really bad. But never when its good. This time, i just had to give a 5 stars rating. Because I never had such an amazing service like rockher. It is unbelievable how fast and helpful sean and his team were. They customized and adjusted the ring as i wanted it to be. They made the perfect ring withing some days. Because it was a last minute thing, they drove to the airport and handed it personally to a friend of mine who was taking his flight to europe, so I can received it in time. Without any charge. Without any hesitation. I am so speechless about this service that the least thing I can do is to give a 5 stars rating, just to thank sean and his team for the incredible work and service! The ring is so beautiful, she loved it and she said yes! Thank you so much!
