Myself and my family have used Robins Row for as long as I can remember. Everyone is knowledgeable, everyone is helpful and everything is dealt with efficiently . I feel like I’m in good safe hand with them.

I am an old male driver who was apprehensive about renewal of my motor insurance but Robins Row reassured me and arranged it all - so I have just enjoyed the same professional process for the second year -the people are nice, too.

Excellent, hassle-free car insurance year after year. Klaudia was amazing while I was looking for a new car and she quickly checked quotes and updated my policy on the spot. She is always so polite, friendly, and helpful. Highly recommend this company, especially Klaudia! She’s lovely ☺️

Wanda was very knowledgeable and made sure that we had the best deal possible. She was also very respectful of my mother’s decision to appoint me as her power of attorney, as she is getting more frail.

I have used Robin's Row since before they became Robin's Row and have been very pleased with all their support. They listen to me when I'm asking about particular features of the insurance - car, contents and building! - and have always found me good and reliable deals. The one time I had to make a claim they were invaluable in supporting me through the claim and liaising with the insurance company. If I am paying anything extra for my insurance by using them then it's absolutely worth it.
