I opted for auction, and the process was very easy with great support from the staff at the Durham branch. Today I completed and thank them very much for making the process so easy. Recently used Chester Le Street branch for selling our home. Mainly communicated with Michelle throughout who was fantastic- she was friendly and empathetic when things got stressful.
