I have waited some time before posting this review about Ripples Hampstead - two months in fact in order to give Ripples a chance to rectify the many faults with the service we received from them. Before Christmas I used Ripples to design and fit a new small cloakroom. They were able to source the products quickly and find a fitter. Unfortunately the fitter (who was quite disorganised and left the entire ground floor quite dirty and covered in dust, after hassling me for quick payment) left the room with a patch of damp appearing behind the toilet. The small radiator they supplied has a bizarre set of tap valves which are so close together that it is impossible to control the heat ( these weren't shown in the original photo) but the worst problem is that the toilet has never worked correctly. I pointed out the the flush was faulty at the time of installation but the fitter told me it was a problem with the supplier. It has now broken ( become irretrievably disconnected inside the cistern) and he is still telling me it is someone else's fault, even ours for using the flush incorrectly. I have been in touch with Ripples repeatedly since Christmas but they have been slow to respond or find a workable solution for a job that cost thousands of points and has left us with an unusable cloakroom. My only option now is to find another contractor and pay more money. I would definitely NOT recommend using the services of Ripples on the basis of my own experience which is that they are happy to take your money to supply expensive good but not that interested in how they are fitted or the final product.

We were delighted when Ripples Oxford opened up just as we were looking to update our bathrooms. Couldn't be happier with the service we got from Chris, or from his contractor Kevin at Rosewood, and Kevin's subcontractors. Chris's design was thoughtful and responsive to our needs; the quality of the materials was outstanding, and Kevin's installation work was pretty much perfect.

It's not cheap, of course - it's Ripples. Well worth the cost - we have top-tier, top-quality bathrooms that are a joy to be in and that we suspect will last for many, many years.

I am writing to share my experience with the bathroom renovation services provided by Ripples in February 2023, and unfortunately, it has been far from satisfactory.
In May 2023, I encountered multiple issues with the newly renovated bathroom, and despite numerous attempts to contact them, the resolution was not prompt. It wasn't until I expressed my intention to file an official complaint with the CCPC that someone finally came in November to attempt to address some of the issues.
The issues I faced were significant. Firstly, the toilet was poorly connected, initially linked to the main water supply serving the shower and sink. This resulted in the inconvenience of being unable to use the shower and toilet simultaneously. Although the issue was eventually fixed, the delay was frustrating. Additionally, the tiles were unevenly installed, some were already damaged, and there were areas where silicone or grout was missing. Notably, the gap between the frame door and tiles is conspicuously large.
One of the notable challenges was the apparent prioritization of speed over quality in completing the job. It seemed that Ripples was more focused on finishing projects quickly than ensuring meticulous attention to detail. The subcontractors hired for tiling did not adhere to proper installation practices, as some damaged tiles were merely covered with grout instead of being replaced.
Furthermore, I must admit to a significant oversight on my part in not cross-checking the quantities of materials delivered against the quantities specified in the quote. For instance, the quote indicated the need for 6 boxes for a false wall, but only 3 were brought and used. This raises concerns about the accuracy and transparency of the invoicing and materials provided.
Despite understanding that issues may arise during renovations, the lack of prompt and effective resolution has left me thoroughly disappointed with the overall experience. I sincerely hope that by sharing my feedback, Ripples can address these concerns and take steps to improve the quality of service for future customers.
PS: There are still unresolved issues with the tiles that require attention.

Ripples provide a professional and efficient bathroom installation service. From the moment you enter the fabulous showrooms and are greeted by one of the team as in our case it was Noel and then Ian you could not ask for a more friendly and professional service. Step by step you are guided through your choices, and there are a huge amount of choices. Then when they arrive at your home to carry out the work they take great care of your home from covering your floors and keeping everything safe. Our job was finished in 6 days and we love it. All the guys did a great job but Barry in particular was fantastic. We would definitely recommend Ripples Bathrooms to everyone as they are a fantastic team from start to finish.

Great experience from design to finish.
With the help of Joanne, we were able to build our dream bathroom. Joanne understood the style we wanted and gave us great advice throughout the process. The Ripples installers were also fantastic - tidy, clean and always ready to hear our thoughts as the process went along. Thank you Ripples!

Joanne was a great help in bringing our vision to life: she guided us in exactly the areas we were unsure of and brought our attention to details that we love most about our bathroom and would have overlooked.
Her project management saved us many a headache and the installers were excellent. I cannot recommend them enough.
To say that the bathroom is a transformation is an understatement 😅.

I visited the Hampstead showroom after my friend used ripples. Joanne the designer was brilliant and understood my vision. It was amazing for someone else to take charge and get everything ordered, knowing it would all fit perfectly. I’m so pleased with how it’s turned out and all the beautiful finishes x

We designed and ordered our bathroom through the London showroom in NW3. The whole process was stress free and we are so happy with the installed bathroom. We were looked after brilliantly by Joanne, who listened to us thoroughly and came up with a design which was exactly how we wanted it. The communication was faultless throughout the process. Would not hesitate to recommend and will be using them again.

We worked closely with Jo to redesign and install a new 2nd bathroom. Like everyone else (I am sure), we wanted a 'designer' bathroom on a moderate budget. Jo listened and, sticking to our budget, made excellent recommendations where we could save and where we should spend a little extra. We came in (more or less) on budget and were over the moon with the end result.

Jo was always available - pre-sale, design, install and post-sale. Ripples works closely with an expert contractor and it's clear they have a very good working relationhsip. The project finished on schedule and the workmanship was 10/10.

I have no hestitation recommending their services. We will be using them again.

Ripples is the most professional bathroom shop in the NW London area. Lisa looked after me and really made a huge effort to find what I was looking for. Ripples is an excellent local company that I would highly recommend. Their service and after-service are great.
Their knowledge about both product and design is to be admired.
Not necessarily the cheapest but definitely the best!

Do not be fooled that you are getting the complete package as despite telling you who to use and booking installation they are nothing more than a glorified B&Q!
Installation was a nightmare, damage to property, lots of extras despite a survey being done. One year on we have ceilings that have come down and black mould where installation has not been done correctly and it is leaking. No one will take ownership! Now having to instigate legal proceedings.

Delivery and installation were quick and customer service excellent throughout the entire process. Ross’s collaborative approach to the design and his attention to detail resulted in a bathroom that exceeded expectations.

Great experience with Ripples Chelmsford. Ross and his team done an amazing job on our bathroom and took the stress out of everything. Highly recommended.

I worked with Joanne at the London Showroom and couldn't be happier. Very responsive, customized, and client-focused service. Timely and flexible. They managed the process from start to finish and I'm very pleased with the final result.

From visit to showrooms we were given plenty time to discuss & choose type of bathroom that I as an 80+ needed for safe yet up to date bathroom, they started early each morning & finished total renovation in one week

Our experience with Ripples London has been incredible. We tried a number of places but only Ripples could design our perfect bathroom. This was mainly due to Jo who listened to what we needed, gave us great ideas and created a fantastic bathroom. Ripples were also very understanding when our project was delayed.
