Outstanding customer service in my experience
Contacted company to enquire about replacement battery connector as the one supplied was inadvertently kept by someone who borrowed the kit. Within a few days they'd send a replacement free of charge. Cannot rate highly enough - this level of service is a thing of days gone by - outstanding customer service by technical support dept. Very grateful.

Purchased the Ring automotive heavy duty tow rope from Toolstation. It failed and caused damage to the back of my car.
I complained via Toolstation and the final outcome was It was my fault and not the rope.
The safety keepers had both twisted and I e was on the wrong side of the hook.
Ring has claimed this meets safety standards so they are not at fault.
Avoid at all costs, if I had done it would be costing £1700+ to repair

Great quality car mats at a great price, will defo buy again when needed.
Very expensive low quality mats
I ordered a set of mats for Mazda CX5 , and I chose higher quality, SIGNATURE version, supposedly high pile -high quality carpet. The mats delivered were low quality instead, much thiner than the original ones, cheap plasticky feeling, waaay to low quality for the £55 paid. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone, you're better of buying OEM mats.
Awesome Customer Service
Had to contact customer service for a replacement dashcam holder and they were brilliant.
Answered my e mails promptly and sent me out the part I required immediately, plus they didn’t charge me anything which is amazing.

Poor customer service
Poor customer service, called twice and on both occasions after 20 or so minutes on hold I was cut off. Trying to find out about RTC1600 tyre inflator charging issue but no luck. I guess I'll have to return it to the shop for a refund.

I can’t rate Ring highly enough - over and above good customer service
I can’t rate Ring highly enough. Not only are the chargers superb at around a quarter of OEM price, but customer service are very helpful and quick - replied in a couple of hours whereas my car manufacturer took over a week.
I’ve recently needed a spare part (as my garage lost the charger connection) so I asked Ring if I could buy a spare. They didn’t have any and I don’t think normally sell them, but replied quickly with helpful ideas. Imagine then my surprise to receive in the post literally a bag of assorted bits presumably robbed from their own stores that I could try and mix and match together to solve my problem - and all at no charge.
I’ll only be buying Ring from now on - years since I’ve experienced service like this and a big thanks to Edward
Delivery great, car mats dont seem hard wearing
Firstly the delivery and communication from Ring has been excellent and the car mats turned up quicker than expected. I was initially impressed with the quality and fit is perfect. However after less than 7 days and 130 miles the drivers mat looks worn and flat already. I paid extra for the reinforced heel pad and went up a notch to the "Classic Plus" but im not sure of the longevity of these mats. My previous dealer fit mats lasted 12 years. Im not sure I'll have these for 12 months. I suppose I should have paid more but I did think they'd be harder wearing than they've been after only 7 days in the car. Shame as I was initially pleased.

After sales service from the customer service team in Leeds was first class ! Josh was the chap I was in email contact with and happy with the outcome. Nice to see a UK based business giving great service.

Don’t get me wrong customer services answered the phone promptly got through to a few people to try and sort the issue out but they refused to
Change or replace the item as it was purchased from a retail shop apparently it was old stock to them which I was unaware of at the time. I think it’s not very good that they sell old stock and not prepared to replace said item it has not been opened since I purchased it. It will not charge. Apparently the battery is dead and they can’t do anything about it. How do you know when you’re gonna need it i.e. the winter time that it won’t charge as a disabled and vulnerable person? I was left stranded very poor service from ring was offered a 10% discount for a next purchasewould not buy another product from them.

I ordered mats from this company a week ago and had an issue with one of them yesterday. I reported this and had an immediate response apologising for the issue and, advising that it would be investigated.
Today, I’ve had a response offering a more than satisfactory solution. This is the best customer service I’ve experienced in a while and I would have absolutely no hesitation in ordering from this company again.

Avoid at all cost.
Initial service a year ago via email was good.
12 months later and the battery charger I purchased stopped working.
I emailed 4 times but got no answer, I rang in the end and spoke with their technical support team.
Edward was clearly very knowledgeable but spoke to me like a child. He was rude, abrupt and aggressive on the phone. He was quick to dismiss that the charger would be at fault and suggested it was my battery.
I ran some tests with another charger, different batteries and a multi meter which all proved the charger was in fact at fault.
I rang the technical department back and spoke with Edward explaining my findings. Again his telephone manner was shocking from the minute he answered the phone with a "Yes"
I then started the returns process requesting a refund after the way I had been spoken too along with their poor after sales and costumer service.
A few days later I received an email to say they had received the charger and a refund had been issued.
Six working days later I still had no refund.
I rang and spoke with someone who said I should give it another day and it will be there as their policy was 3-5 working days?
24hrs later day 7 I rang again as the money still hadn't arrived.
The lady on the phone assured me it would be in my account by 5pm that day... guess what, no money!
I am now in week 3 and still no refund. I have had replies to emails telling me it has been dealt with and refunded but still nothing has arrived.
The whole branch I've been dealing with are an absolute shambles, no one seems to know what's going on and their aftersales support is shocking, very amateur set up.
Avoid at all cost spend a bit more and get a reputable brand.

Product OK – customer service abysmal
I bought a Ring Automotive RTC6000 Cordless 4-in-1 Tyre Inflator via Amazon on the 29th March 2025. I was happy with the product and found it easy to use.
On the 26th July 2025 I received an email from, Amazon advising me that RING Automotive had published a recall notification and providing a link to a RING Automotive.com batch-recall web site where batch and serial numbers could be entered to check if a product was subject to the recall.
On the 2nd August 2025 (the first opportunity I had) I used the link and confirmed that the product I had was indeed subject to the recall.
An on screen message confirmed that the registration was successful and provided the instructions not to charge the device and to wait until I heard from RING before disposing of my current device.
It has now been 37 days since I completed the registration and I have yet to be contacted by Ring Automotive. I have needed the use of a safe tyre inflator for over 20 of these days and have been forced to manage with an old foot pump.
Ring Automotive clearly have stock to issue a replacement; a check on Amazon shows that you could buy a new one today, but they are choosing to place those customers that they have already let down as low priority – not good enough.

The connector to the valve on the tire relies on you lining it up perfectly and screwing it onto the valve. This is very difficult to do.

Customer service - you're having a larf!!
I recently purchased a Ring tyre inflator directly from Ring AM to replace a previous Ring (purchased from Argos), which had gone faulty after many years of good service - nothing lasts for ever.
However (at/after purchase), I noticed an anomaly with the figures quoted to me associated with said purchase. I promptly E Mailed Ring's customer service and provided details. Their response was very slow and I've had to chase them constantly ever since and the issue STILL isn't resolved, Basically my concerns and e mails have been ignored!
I cannot fault their product, however their customer service is absolutely abysmal!!
Well, I guess this is probably down to the old adage - we've got the customer's money, anything after is not our responsibility, sigh ...............!
Shameful indeed.

Amazing customer service at Ring Automotive!
Less than 2 years ago I bought a Ring RTC 6000 digital cordless tyre inflator and air pump online from Ring Automotive. I recently learned that this item was subject to a product recall and on 19 August I contacted them around 13.30 for a replacement , as suggested on their website. Their Customer Service was brilliant - I received a replacement item by courier at 07.10 on 21 August. Absolutely amazing customer service!

Lithium 300 jump starter …
Bought Lithium 300 jump starter used it 3 times went just over the 12 month warranty and it stopped working and wouldn't charge. Contacted Ring who pretty much said tough luck it's out of warranty. Poor product, zero customer support, stay clear.
