Product great, decals not
Product great, as expected and Richer sounds Oxford excellent as usual, and was replacing an older Denon. Unfortunately the ‘feature decal’ that Denon slaps across the front panel pulled off some of the black finish! Gutted, but I’ll live with it.
Update: Paddy @RicherSounds Oxford went above and beyond by reaching out to offer a replacement. It's that kind of customer service that makes RicherSounds outstanding to deal with !

We dealt with Paddy at the Oxford Store. Good advice on OLED type 4HD TVs, purchased a 42" LG.
Prompt delivery and returning our dead TV for recycling, and the packaging for the new one was very easy.
It would help if the delivery guys could unpack and take away the packaging but otherwise first class as usual.

Then placed an online order over the phone with Ash who was also v patient helpful. New kit arrived within 24 hours and v easy to set up. Highly recommended these guys. Thank you 🙏
