I've bought my last 3 televisions from Richer Sounds, all LG, all very good. The TCL was recommended but I didn't like it. Stuart at the Liverpool store arranged for a swap and I've got a LG Qned which is an excellent television with a great picture. Thanks

Firstly a great price, free delivery to the store and clear communication with the store confirming when it was ready to collect. Quick and easy collection, pull up outside, pop in to show the invoice that was emailed to me as proof of purchase and the colleague carried it out to the car and made sure it was safe to transport.
