Excellent repair under warranty
My 3 year old Megane developed a couple of minor electrical faults. Richard Sanders fixed them without any quibble under the Renault warranty. They kept in good communication with me and were helpful all the way through. Cannot fault them. Well done.

Very Pleased Megane Owner
I can’t say enough about the quality of service at this dealership. Compared with another dealership when I had a Peugeot, the service there was either terrible or non existent. Team do their utmost to book vehicle in for service or diagnostics. Technicians are excellent and are very thorough. Although we think of main dealerships as more expensive, in the long run they have better diagnostics and access to parts and they do not overcharge.
So, thank you it’s a pleasure to bring my car to you.
Honda Peeling Paint
I bought a brand new Honda Civic from Richard Sanders in Kettering. It has metallic white paint. Just out of warranty it has now started to have peeling paint issues as do 1000s of other Honda Civics in this colour. The side front rails, and now the roof. Honda doesn’t care; Richard Sander's doesn’t either. It has cost me £1000s to repair. Never again. Poor customer service.
Wasted our time completely
Wasted our time completely. Not looking to change car but salesman ran up with the usual car salesman bs. Can trade out 2 year old car in for a new one at the same price. Arranged a time to go in turned up spend around an hour there to be quoted 100 a month more. Pretty much made up a story to get us in front of them

Really bad customer service, send texts not call, don’t listen to you and not helpful would stay away if possible! Cover their backs with each other and just plain rude! I’m stuck dealing with them as can’t go else where but here to help others not make the same mistake!

I have always had great service from Kettering...from dropping my car off to collecting after servicing or a job to be done. I always feel my car is in good hands, I have Danielle give me a few courtesy calls and always polite & thorough when I ask for information or given 10/10 can't complain.

Have been buying Dacia Dusters from this Company approaching 4 years now.
Never had any issues whatsoever - today took in my Dacia Duster for initial service since buying from Anthony in Sales.
Was greeted at reception by the always cheerful Sarah, then taken care of in turn by Steve, Connor and Nathan - and last but not least Len who serviced and checked out my car.
This branch at Northfield Road Kettering always exceeds my expectations - please utilise this amazing team, I highly recommend them for buying or servicing your existing or future car!
Reliable, professional and trstworrthy
I took the car in to have the media system fixed at the Kettering branch of the company. I was told that they would need to perform a diagnostic check to find the problem, which would cost over £150. A couple of hours after I dropped off the car they called to say it was fixed and they'd worked out the problem without using the diagnostic system and, as it wasn't a complicated procedure, they would not be charging me.
I chose Richard Sanders because a year ago I had taken my car to a well-known national chain of motor centres for a key battery. The people at the other firm put in a battery and tested it for me. I was informed that the battery was not the problem and I would need a new ignition coil which would cost over £140 for parts and labour. I then took it to Richard Sanders....they tried another key battery, it worked and it cost me just a couple of quid instead!
I am so impressed by the integrity and professionalism of this company, that I would recommend them to anyone needing repairs or servicing on Nissan vehicles.
Poor information and communication
Very stressful experience. Poor communication and lack of upfront information to make an informed decision before buying. This resulted in me unwittingly buying a “pandemic” version of an RS line Clio with an expectedly diminished specification. I wasn’t happy with the car and informed the dealership within a week of delivery that I wished to return it only to be told I would forfeit the “free” delivery. If I had been told these facts I wouldn’t have proceeded with the purchase in the first place. As I didn’t wish to lose £250 I have ended up keeping a car I’m dissatisfied with.

We drove our Renault Kadjar from France to the UK . Once in the UK our engine management light came on so we took our car to the Renault garage in Kettering where we had the pleasure to meet Steve. He managed to squeeze the car in for fixing ,he kept us informed throughout the fixing and definitely went above our expectations.

Further to my review of 10th March, we did indeed go back and purchased an ex demo Renault. Once again, Aaron was superb and worked hard to get the right deal for us. Car was duly prepared and we drove away a few days later. Friendly dealership from the moment you step through the door.
