For the last year, Kieron French has looked after our RIB impeccably. Works included repairing a ripped tube, replacing speakers, new chartplotter, engine service, new fuel line and much more besides. The customer service has been exemplary and everything completed quickly, efficiently and within agreed estimates. Nothing is too much trouble for Kieron and his team. I am a very happy customer and have no hesitation in recommending Rib Shop.

Very helpful and informative , only bought small items for my Honda outboard but the staff went out of there way to help even down to one single o ring .

Rib Shop fulfilled out of stock parts order on Tohatsu engine cowl oil filler flap/hinge, with an order to the Japanese outboard factory. Lorna Pulford updated and dispatched asap, so all good.

Hi had a rib retubed though rib shop and the customer service was awful Kieron was in charge of the rib I had retubed when the rib come back on the trailer I done photos and videos of the work the tube wasn’t great looked totally different one side to the other the tube front view was wonky one side was higher then the other the finish was awful inside the rib there was a couple of marks where something had hit the floor the tube wasn’t stuck properly at the front so phoned rib shop then Kieron come out when he come to look at the work which wasn’t done properly he said I never had anyone find fault with the work I couldn’t believe this was even said l have photos and videos to prove the work wasn’t done properly the day the rib come back on the trailer I definitely would not recommend them.

I can't explain how much I appreciate a company like Rib-Shop.
They stand by their work and go above and beyond the call of duty.

1year after a retube job I ended up with a slight issue and I was too far to bring the boat back to base to have it repaired.

They went over and above and helped me to get it sorted out locally. They didn't have to do that as their warranty is a "back to base".
