Great Customer service and stand behind their Product.

I was given 2 retractable tie downs for Christmas. They worked great until one of the straps broke. I sent pictures to Rhino, and within 3-days I had a new replacement.

Put their 30’ strap through a few years of tough use in all weather conditions. When it started to show signs of wear they replaced it in a timely manner for free. Great company to work with!

I did not realize the Rhino straps had a lifetime warranty. I called customer service and she told me to file a warranty claim and they would be replaced! You can’t ask for better customer service and it’s great to buy a product that the company stands behind!

Ordered the bungee cord bundle, upon opening the package one of the cords was damaged, was just going to suck it up because a return would be a hassle… but I did the warranty claim on line and they responded right away and are shipping replacements. That’s customer service that doesn’t really exist much anymore!!! I’ll definitely order from them again!

I love all the retractable ratchet straps they make my tool box so much easier to keep organized, they don’t get lose like your traditional straps. I recently had a ratchet strap stop retracting and I submitted a warranty claim…within 5 minutes I had a notification that a new strap was being sent to me

I had a strap break on the way home towing my UTV. I submitted the warranty form with a couple of photos and had a new one shipped to me immediately with no hassle.
