Mary was recommended by a relative who has used her services for several years. After feeling let down by a previous mortgage advisor, Mary didn’t disappoint.

I really liked Mary’s approach via one-to-one teams meetings to discuss our wants and needs. These meetings were long enough for there to be time to explore products and services and for us to ask questions when we weren’t sure. She listened to what we wanted to achieve and advised us accordingly. I never felt rushed or pressured.

This is the first time we have used Mary, but I feel like she has our long term interests at heart so will be returning for further help when our mortgage and other products need renewing.

He didn’t explain anything to us at all and became irritated when we asked for clarification on anything. Then we met Mary. She was the polar opposite to our previous experience; she was clear, kind, explained everything very well and made us feel like she really cared about our financial situation, and us! Mary is not only a trusted financial adviser but she also cares deeply about her clients and their hopes and dreams and helps make them become a reality through giving sound, honest, professional advice. Mary went above and beyond for us in terms of supporting the smooth process of selling not one but two houses and purchasing our forever home. We really didn’t know what was affordable or doable for us but Mary helped us navigate the financial decisions keep our appetite for how far or not far was sensible and comfortable for us financially. She also was amazing at advising us and setting up Protection products for us. I work in the Life Insurance industry and interact with Independent Financial Advisers on a daily basis, so know what they can be like! But Mary was an absolute breath of fresh air. I’ve found a mortgage broker for life… well until Mary retires. I honestly could not recommend Mary enough. I was in a bit of a complicated situation selling my first home with an ex partner and looking to purchase my next property but Mary took every curve ball I threw at her and still managed to find me an amazing deal, nothing was too much and Mary explained everything in detail no matter how complicated it was to explain she done it in a way anyone would understand.
