Great customer service. Purchased an Instant voucher on the basis that I have used it at B&Q before with no issues. However, based on the items I wanted, it appeared these were not sold directly by B&Q and therefore the voucher could not be used. I since spoken with customer services at Rewards Gateway and they again explained some thing but best of all I was able to get a refund.

I ordered an Easy Saver Card via Reward Gateway. When it expired with money still on it, I was not given a full refund due to a “card fee”, which felt like a hidden and unfair charge.
After countless messages between Reward Gateway and Love2Shop, nothing was resolved.
I didn’t renew the card — and I’m glad I didn’t. It gives the illusion of savings while encouraging spending. I’m financially better off without it.

My codes didn’t work at first, the staff via email sorted this for me very quickly and then the website was so easy to use

I purchased a £200 Morrisons voucher via SmartSpending (4% discount) and had £30 remaining on another. At checkout, the app forced a login, but the account is linked to a work email we couldn’t access in-store, so we couldn’t use the vouchers.
We had to pay £223 in full and lost the £9 discount at the time. We’ll still use the vouchers, but this issue caused unnecessary loss.
Still no response from the company, which is disappointing.

I've had a wonderful experience dealing with this company and supporting their meaningful work for pensioners.

Felipe our account manager is really helpful and has even attended some of our staff events – we saw a huge spike in usage because of that. The analytics provided are also useful. From a personal standpoint I use the platform for my weekly shop and any electronic purchases.
