Notified of 3 hour window the day before; contacted by engineer when he was about 15mins away. He arrived promptly and replaced the glass on my induction hob very efficiently ... in and out within 10 mins taking the broken glass with him.

Imrovement suggestion: Provide engineers with shoe covers for those households that don't wear shoes in the house. I know it may mot be safe to remove shoes if dealing with broken glass.

The oven has not been working for a few years. Some of the engineers could not sort the problem out. The engineer who visited today (probably 4th time) managed to fix the problem. A chicken is in the oven now …..yummy

The engineer came well within the time slot. He worked swiftly and cleanly and had come prepared with the most likely part to be required. He was right.

The engineer who attended was polite, professional and extremely competent and clearly explained the issue.

Washer - Dryer. Heating not sufficient to dry clothes.
The engineer arrived on time, was pleasant and knowledgeable. He identified the fault within minutes and explained how he was going to rectify it.
He worked in a clean and methodical way, took care to protect the surrounding surfaces and had the machine working again quickly. Excellent service.

Great customer service; the first appointment was cancelled but the lady from the customer service was very helpful and rearranged it for a suitable time and day at a short notice. Engineer arrived promptly and fixed the issue on a spot.

Was a proffesional service came in straight to the job fitted new hop. No complaints what's so ever.

Daniel, arrived on time, and at once conveyed he is both knowledgeable and competent. He detected the source of two problems with the washer/dryer and replaced both. Also, he recommended the best setting for the fridge/freezer plus a tip for defrosting. Throughout his visit he worked with care, and was polite and interesting to speak with. He certainly deserves a 5 star rating.

The Engineer was polite, professional and respectful both to myself and about my home. Arrived in the allotted time and did a marvellous job.

He went above and beyond my expectations, even explaining why I was experiencing certain issues with my tumble dryer.
