Don't bother asking them for a price if you live in a strata complex, they won't do it. Disappointing that they just refuse to deal with you if strata is involved (didn't even bother to ask about the by-laws). Spoke to 3 different people because they couldn't manage to leave notes on the file or remove me from their calling list.

Initial consultation was great. Jacqui knew her stuff and any questions we had, she could answer. The process with the quote was good, it was all laid out and clear. Installers were on time, did a great job and were quite efficient. It was an easy process.

2 years since we installed our Goodwe system and it is generating better than expected. We have had no issues. It's easy for us to monitor our daily usage with the app and change habits where we can. Everyone is always friendly and ready to help.

We installed an Anker battery earlier this year. I feel like I am more in control with our home and energy usage. Which also saves us a little bit more money. The app is also easy to use, not difficult to manage. Another highlight, is the after sales support that Resinc provides.

Customer service and follow up from Resinc has been consistent and a stand out. The bills have remained so low, that I forgot the solar exists. Even in winter, our results have been great. The installer we had was amazing, very neat and got the job done well.
