Excellent packaging and postage in a timely manner. Although I am aware the item I purchased was refurbished I was not expecting the casing to have a clear break directly on the framing around the screen. I fear the integrity of the laptop is compromised. Also provided the wrong power adapter and had to purchase another. Bought as a gift for my grandson who has just started secondary school but doubt it would survive long with the above mentioned damage. Wear and tear was expected but not this! No reply from the company when emailed. Very disappointed.

They sold me a faulty Item that lasted less than a month then they refused to replace it when they were unable to fix it and then did not give me a refund. They have no complaints procedure and when I asked them to provide me with their returns and refund policy they flat out refused.

Absolute fraud, have sent intem back for a refund and they won't refund me.

Really wish I could leave 0 stars, ordered an apple watch and paid extra for delivery stated it would be sent within a set time frame only to find when I chased it that that time frame didn't exist and should be with me within 2 weeks not good as was for a present asked to cancel only to be told no, then 5 days after placing order was told they didn't have the stock to fulfill the order and I could have an older model as a free upgrade with faster delivery and complete different colour and size or low and behold I could cancel my order which I did, now comes to getting the refund yes you can guess that isn't happening anytime soon either order originally placed on the 8th of Dec still no refund so we wait and see if and when it turns up please be very careful before buying anything off these jokers absolute joke of a company wish I'd seen these reviews from others before placing order
Quick update despite numerous communications with company and promises of a refund they have now sent me a watch which is in an absolute disgrace heavily scratched watch face the frame of the watch is missing half of its paint full of chips so now I got the fun and games of returning it and starting the hole refund process again

Absolute scam of a company, take your money and don't send items out for weeks, avoid at all costs

Fraudulent company who have been struck off at companies house. Steal money from consumers & are the lowest of the low. Pretend they do not have items back even though they do and then ignore all requests for the refund.

Shame trustpilot remove truthful experiences more than acknowledge. Renew electronics trade under different business names to try and avoid detection.

HMRC informed and now we have issued court documents as we have been lucky enough now to find and locate seniors at the business and then baliffs.

Everyone needs to do this plus contact the BBC and also trading standards. Do not sit back and allow them to keep scamming people further.

Avoid don’t buy a thing from them! They I sent a faulty watch back and they are purposely delaying giving me my refund I still have not got it now and they won’t reply to me!!

This company is shocking to deal with. For over 4 months I have been without a working Apple Watch that was in warranty. Cost be an extra £30 in sending the device back for a fault that I was told by apple would cost more to fix than issuing a new watch.
To have renew electronics come back with 3 faults they aparantley resolved that were never faults.
I was told I was getting a full refund or new device to now find out today they have sent the same device back and the speakers are fixed. Not even a fault.
Beyond a joke of a company that I am trying to take further but they just don’t respond with where you can progress the complaint to.
If you can avoid this company then do as there service is the worst I have ever dealt with in my life.

Dell Chromebook through Wowcher
Ordered a Dell Chromebook through Wowcher (Oct 8 2024). Paid for express delivery. Package arrived within 2 days. Great I thought. Opened it up, was a different make. Contacted them, said it was wrong and I wanted to send back for correct item. Did this, chased, was told the whole having to wait 5 to 7 working days for returns process that they can't speed up blah blah blah, waited a couple of weeks, then received the replacement...... Same wrong item! Contacted them again, went through all the same bs returning etc. They don't refund the delivery cost as they sent the original item out in good time! Wowcher gave me part cost back but not even half! Anyway, chased again, made them confirm exactly what they should be sending me, all good. Another few weeks of chasing etc they said that the Dell Chromebooks had been out of stock (they couldn't tell me this before?) but they were sending this out that day. Nov 28th 2024 received my parcel from them..........For the third time they had sent EXACTLY the same Chromebook they'd sent me the last two times!! It went straight back and was received by them the next day! 5 working days later when I have chased YET AGAIN they 'cannot yet see any updates regarding the returns processing' despite me giving them all the info of date, time and signed for when it got back to them.
So we're 2 months in now and I've had the wrong product 3 times, no offer of refunding my courier costs for their screw ups, and still no refund!
DO NOT USE!! THEY ARE USELESS!!

Payed for express delivery to get the product in time for my brothers birthday. The day after the proposed delivery date I had still not received the order so I sent a message to the company, the next week they responded and told me the item was out of stock which it shouldn’t have them let me order the item! By this point the birthday had long passed so I requested a refund, I had to chase them over and over and 2 and a half weeks later the product arrived. And all they offered was to refund me £3 of the £12.99 I payed on top for express delivery! They simply do not care about their customers. Save your money and shop elsewhere, terrible company avoid.

Purchased a refurbished laptop that was meant to be in good condition, it is absolutely battered and has bits missing! Not useable, completed waste of money

Shocking and avoid a refund, still owed £114 for a watch they didn’t have, but sent me a battered Apple Watch anyway.
Returned in in October still waiting for my refund.

Shocking company

"Refurbished" items are of poor quality. Our was scratched to hell and dirty. Rusty screws. Very poor. No replies to emails.

Had a refurbished I pad which only showed greek/Islamic lettering despite numerous messages they were unable to supply a returns label. I have now had to give in, at the age of 78 to return and hopefully get my money back.
DO NOT TRADE WITH THIS COMPANY

Recently purchased an Accer chromebook from Wowcher. They do not tell you that delivery has to be paid separately and the quickest date you can get your item is over 7 days; this only comes up after you've paid for the item. I have contacted both the merchant and Wowched to ask for the order to be cancelled, they keep referring me from one to the other. Absolutely disappointing- probably a new scam. do not buy from this merchant or Wowcher!
