Couldn’t fix the key, no refund!
Couldn’t fix the key, sent it back to me and said he’d issue a refund. Never issued a refund, emailed multiple times but been ignored. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!

Save a lot of cash
Second time I have had a key fob repaired by Paul. First class service both times and saved me loads of cash. Don't go to your main dealer when Paul can help you for a fraction of the cost.

Service was 10 out of 10. From the very start the communication was brilliant. Made contact with a question about a broken key and he had replied within minutes. Price is very good for quality of work. Sent key off on Monday had it back Thursday morning. Fast and quality. Key works perfectly no issues whatsoever. I'd highly recommend Paul for all your key troubles. Thanks again Paul.

Amazing service and vital to owners…
Amazing service and vital to owners with key fobs awkward to fix! After a very pricey quote for a replacement fob from Mini, I found Remote Key Repairs on Google and I sent my key off on the Tuesday and received back on Thursday! New housing for the internals and the battery replaced which means I can get my mini back on the road where it belongs! Couldn’t recommend them more!

Absolutely amazing service
Absolutely amazing service! Had a chat with Paul by text first.
Sent the key Tuesday by Royal Mail. Key repaired and back home Thurday morning.
Key tested and working as it should be. The battery had gone and I broke the 'lock' switch trying to replace it myself! Saved £140. Mini wanted nearly £200 to replace sealed key fob, just for a spare key!
10/10 from me. Would use again.

Brilliant service. Super fast turnaround. Sent key on Tuesday back with us on Friday.
Great communication from Paul at Remote Key Repair at all times. I was worried that it couldn’t be done but Paul was very reassuring.
Our key is a Mini key for a 2007 Mini which is a sealed unit therefore we were unable replace the battery ourselves. Key was refurbished and a new battery fitted. Key now looks like new and works perfectly. Can not fault this service at all

We only have 1 key for our little 17…
We only have 1 key for our little 17 year old mini so speed was of the essence when the remote key decided to pack up. Key had new battery fitted and it was refurbished so now looks like new. Posted to Paul on Tuesday he received it Wednesday fixed it and it was back with us on Friday! Fantastic service. Highly recommend this chap and the service and workmanship. Thanks Paul.
