Agent turned up to show us around property . On entering the bungalow , another woman walked into house and agent disappeared outside with her to show her round the garden without even explaining to us who she was or that he was leaving us to fend for ourselves . We attempted to open back door and didn't have a key and could not prize the agent away from other woman ... we waited and waited and he carried on chatting to her . We walked to the gate in clear view of him and he saw us and Still chatted to her ... it was only when we open our car doors to get In that he said " have you seen enough now " ??
My husband then explained how we had been ignored since the other woman had turned up despite us being there 1st and having traveled 40 miles to view the hoise.
Very very unprofessional service... wasted petrol and time to be ignored . I will not be using your estate agents

If you let with Regan & Hallworth, KNOW YOUR RIGHTS! I decided to vacate my rental property after several ongoing maintenance issues were ignored and they tried to enforce a rental increase illegally. They then wrongfully deducted the amount as 'rent arrears' from my security deposit upon moving out. I disputed this through the DPS who confirmed the rent increase was improperly proposed and returned the funds to me. I waited three months and had to submit a significant amount of evidence for my own, wrongfully withheld money to be returned.

Any maintenance issues (there were a lot) were not efficiently dealt with and there was little to no contact from the agent when informed (until they needed something themselves). I would not recommend. If you do decide to let with them, make sure you're clued up on your tenant rights on gov.uk.

Five stars just isn’t enough. From start to finish the service was excellent, Joel came out to value our property and offered really helpful and realistic advice which helped us to achieve the best possible price in the current market. Paula was our main point of contact throughout the sale and we couldn’t have asked for a nicer person to look after us, she was really proactive, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to ensure that all parties were kept in the loop at all times. Not forgetting the rest of the team who were really professional and friendly throughout the process. I would highly recommend Regan and Hallworth and would like to thank them again for looking after us so well

Selecting the right Estate Agent these days is a minefield, a monumental task, but such an important one that shouldn't be underestimated.
With all properties now visible on Rightmove, the focus has rightly shifted to post sale service (that's where all the stress occurs).
Having now sold our property with Regan & Hallworth, I genuinely couldn't speak any highly of their service. Jane Ruddy is exceptional. Our move was a particularly complex one. A chain consisting of 5 parties, including two relocations. Jane had our back every time. An absolute credit to the business. I'd go out of my way to recommend Regan & Hallworth. First class from start to finish.

Regan and Hallworth were so helpful throughout the process of us buying our first home! They were always so quick with communication and so professional. We couldn’t have asked for a better Estate Agents throughout this process and a special thanks to Lisa who was always so helpful and so kind!

Absolutely disgraceful! Had our offer accepted on a property for them not to take the for sale sign down or change to sold stc/ sold. Spent £1000’s on mortgage fees, our mortgage application, storage for furniture, rennovations and even went with these to sell our current house only to be informed that the house we had our offer accepted for had been sold behind our backs! We listed our house 3 weeks ago and had no for sale sign put up after calling them for days on end! Will not be selling our house with these or ever doing business with these again! Sneaky and horrible!
