So far so good!
Recently travelled from Scotland to buy my new car from Paul Laidler. They gave me a really reasonable price for my part exchange and everything was really easy… in fact most of it was done via WhatsApp which was so convenient for me trying to organise it in between work meetings etc. Paul helped me with transferring my private plate and ensured I had all the info I needed. Loving the car so far… so far so good!

Genuine pleasure to deal with
We recently purchased a car from this garage and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. Paul Laidler was the staff member who looked after us, and he couldn’t have been more helpful or knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all our questions and made the whole process feel easy and stress-free.
What really stood out was the customer service — friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. Paul came across as a genuinely nice bloke, and there were absolutely no pushy sales tactics, which made a big difference.
It was a genuine pleasure to deal with him, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this garage to others. Thanks again for such a smooth and positive experience!
