I have needed to use the services of r banks funeral directors twice in the past 18 months. First for my mum and then my dad. Janice, Stephen, Rachel and David at UPHOLLAND were amazing. Also Alison, the celebrant, who was absolutely fantastic in putting a service together which was just simply perfect. We cannot thank Alison enough. The care for my parents, me and my families well-being was superb. I would recommend this funeral directors to everyone. They are so professional and so helpful and had so much time for me, it was just one step above any other funeral directors I have dealt with. I cannot thank you enough for your kindness, respect and compassion. Please accept my sincere thanks to all of you. Alison you are a very special lady with all the warmth, kindness, care and thoughtfulness that a family needs. I hope this review is shared with many people, as my family and I have great respect and admiration for how you helped us during an extremely difficult time. Thank you all.

Unfortunately, I have had to use R. Banks & son twice this year. In March for my mum and more recently for my husband.
The personal service on both occasions was second to none. I had the pleasure of dealing with Nicola & Lisa and can only say they made what was a really difficult time as easy as possible and treated my mum and husband with the greatest of respect and I cannot thank them enough
