If you are passionate about historic football shirts I recommend you buy them elsewhere.
1-I receive a coupon as a gift which I try to spend on their site but after several attempts and consequent waste of time I contact them and they tell me that it must be activated by them, which is not mentioned on the site (indeed the coupon email says that just enter the code)
2-I decide to pay extra for express shipping with delivery in two working days but after several days I don't receive anything, I contact them again and they tell me that the package would arrive in a couple of days and they refund me the shipping costs
3-I decide to write directly to the courier who tells me that the package was never delivered to him, so I contact them again and they tell me that the collection point to which they delivered the package is on holiday and therefore my package is closed there , to which I ask for a full refund.
Never seen so much lack of professionalism and incompetence, the only point in their favor is the quick refunds, perhaps a consolation given that those who make purchases prefer to have the products.

After several attempts to recover the shipment, he asks me if I want a refund or a new shipment. Obviously I choose the second option and I receive that beautiful shirt this time through DHL. I recommend it to everybody.

The seller who took charge of my purchase has been correct, however, it is not the best attention and communication I have known.
I have had to deal myself with a destination mistake from the postal company, which after about 7 weeks of waiting has resulted in a return of the package to the sender, the store in this case.
Unfortunately and throughout this process, I have not felt much interest or support from the seller to know what exactly was happening with the shipment so that I could get more information or a solution about it.
Finally, the refund of the value of the shirt has been done correctly and as written in the terms and conditions of the store.
