I was a little bit late changing my living room furniture for my birthday. I went to many stores but it was impossible they said to have the furniture the day that I wanted. when I went to Raymour & Flanigan Flanigan at Hadly Rd ( Stelon), I met the sale associate Michael. He helped me to the furniture delivered the day That I wanted. I was so happy. Thank you Micheal.

On 3/11/23, my Family and I visited the R&F outlet in South Plainfield NJ. I needed an adjustable bed. We were helped by one of your associates Darren Stranburg. His knowledge, professionalism, patience and cheerfulness made a difference in my shopping experience. I ended up buying the bed. Darren handled my paper work quickly and efficiently. Delivery was smooth and I am fully satisfied about the service at this location. Darren is a real asset for the Raymour and Flanigans Family. My family was all very impressed by their visit at this South Plainfield NJ Outlet store. Thank you Darren for making our time memorable there. We will definitively making this branch our dedicated store.

My husband and I went to Raymour & Flanigan, South Plainfield, NJ and Brenda was our salesperson. She was amazing! We tried out many mattresses. This was our first stop (not our only stop) on the hunt for a new mattress. Brenda was very knowledgeable about all the different mattresses and she was able to answer all our questions. We went to various other places but eventually went back to see Brenda. The customer service we received from her surpassed all the other sales people we encountered at the other companies. Unfortunately, it is rare that you find people who know their job, are polite and professional these days. Brenda was all of those things and that sealed the deal. She also assisted us with exchanging the box spring we initially purchased and ended up getting the one she suggested at the time of purchase. She knows her stuff!! Thanks Brenda!

I recently purchased a leather couch & reclining chair. Awaiting for our furniture to be delivered when made available in the middle of October. Leslian Caraballo was a great help and extremely knowledgeable salesperson.

A salesman greeted us as we entered the store and provided us information on where to find our desired product. He also helped us with Customer Service to order the item we chose. Both he and the Customer Service rep. were helpful and professional.

The sales man was very friendly. Brought a wheel chair to the front of the store for my husband and transported him to the rear of the store so he could "test drive" the lift chair we were interested in. He was very helpful.

Furniture not received. Waiting too long for deliverable. In addition, customer service not very good. You sent an email to say that my furniture will be delivered and when it did not come on the expected date I called. Then they told me that it was not coming that day. I would have preferred a call before the delivery day to say that it was not coming. The experience this far is horrible.

Thanks to Jamal for making the sale fast and smooth, very knowledgeable, kind and funny. Great experience.
