Terrific sales person and great product we couldn't find anywhere else

our sales person was friendly, not pushy and new very informative

Cheryl Rosipayla spent a lot of time and patience letting us try various chairs and tables for a dinette set
Greece store was not cluttered like some competitors

Tom took the time to spend with me and listened to what I had to say. Moved furniture to show me what I thought would work. I believe this is going to be the place I will order from, but I still have one more place to check this week.

Scott Patton went to great lengths to find the item I was looking for. Unfortunately, my prefered item was either on backorder, you didn't carry it, or too expensive. I did purchase an item that would fit my needs.

Customer service oriented, a lot of places today lack basic customer service skills. Cheryl was friendly and knowledgeable about the products. We'll be back for future purchases.

I love Raymore and Flanigan and there many choices of good quality furniture.
My salesman Scott was great and patient. He took his time and was not pushy!!
He was nice enough to get me a bottle of cold water as I was not feeling well.
Of course not feeling well didn't stop me from buying a sofa and a really needed mattress.

Tyler assisted us in our selection and purchase of our new bedroom furniture. He was extremely knowledgeable, and professional. He even provided his cell phone number to us because we had to go home and measure before finalizing our purchase.

I love the kitchen tables, however I would like for the tables to be taller. I don't want a high table however a little higher then a regular table appeared really low

Customer service, the sales representative/manager of the mattress dept, all personal that I worked with were, pleasant, kind, every efficient with my transaction, and took care of my concerns.

I enjoyed my customer experience with Aaron Miller he is one of the best salesman I ever had he was a big help in helping me find the perfect mattress for me and my husband he let me take my time showed me several different mattresses and stayed within in my budget I would highly recommend him to anyone who is in need of furniture.

Visited store first on 2/26/23, was assisted by Cheryl Rosipayla. At that time she went the extra mile to help us find the right pieces and coordinate colors and styles. We returned on 3/6/23 to make the final determinations and choices. She took the time to explain and to make certain that we were sure of our choices. Her decorating suggestions and advice made the shopping that much easier. No pressure just good customer relations. Highly recommend Cheryl.

Cheryl is a terrific salesperson who knows when to assist and when to let the customer look on their own. She listened to what I was looking for, my requirements and my preferences in end tables. She didn’t try to oversell. She was very personable and fun to work with and remembered me when I came back with my husband. I would definitely work with her again.
