I am writing to say buyer beware. There is no return policy once you leave the store with your furniture. Make sure you open and inspect prior to leaving the store. I just picked up my backordered loveseat. The whole arm is badly damaged. I called immediately and was told I needed to send pictures to them of the damage. I have done this, but I live a few streets down from the store. We just picked it up. It wasn't even a half hour and still can't return. I now have to keep this broken loveseat at my house until they contact me. I am beyond upset. This is not how a company should be run. If things are turned around quickly and they give me a new loveseat ASAP I will revise my review otherwise... it will stay as is. The whole process of getting my new couch has been nothing but aggravation.
Update: They have agreed to replace the loveseat. It is backordered for 3 more weeks. I will update again once all that occurs.
Second Update: I waited the 3 weeks and then they sent me a couch instead of a loveseat. Waited 6 more weeks. Got a call to come pick it up. Forgot I still had the couch at my house and forgot they offered free delivery of new and pick up of incorrectly sent couch. Never called me back I just started to get text notifications that my delivery was scheduled. This all started back in March when I first placed the order....here it is July and I finally have both pcs of furniture. The only kind word I have to say is the person I had most of my contact with Zaria at Raymour did all she could to try and help me. As a whole though....Raymour gets a big "Fail" from me.

Robin was terrific. She shared her personal experience about not being able to sleep comfortably until she purchased the mattress and adjustable bed frame that I purchased. She explained all the features such as vibration for leg circulation among others. She was extremely thorough Raymour & Flanigan should be proud to have such a fantastic employee. Robin definitely knows Raymour & Flanigan products.

We decided to take advantage of the Comfort Guarantee that came with out mattress. We were helped from the moment we walked through the door until we had tried a number of mattresses and found one we liked. Not a new sale, but we were treated like we were purchasing the mattress for the first time. We did the paperwork, settled up on the price difference and a delivery date and will be seeing our second mattress in just over a month. We learned a lot more about mattress selection the second time around. Everyone, and I mean everyone, was pleasant, helpful, and professional from beginning to end. Great experience.

We went in for a reselect after having a small tear in our 3 year old couch. We purchased the service agreement and Raymour was very helpful in replacing the couch. They made it very easy and painless. I would recommend using this company.

I had a pleasant experience the moment I walked in the door. Shatalia came to greet me and I told her exactly what I was there for and what I wanted. She took me right to the spot I needed to go. We discussed the recliners and the prices and she was helpful and knowledgeable. I picked out what I wanted and within just a few moments I was out the door and on my way home.
