Shopping, the way I like it!!!!
Mr. Reza Samed was the salesperson who assisted me with my purchase. He was knowledgable, patient and very efficient. He did not follow 2 steps behind me as is my experience often times when shopping for furniture. His demeanor allowed me to look on my own without ever feeling pressured. Yet, the moment I needed him, he was right there with me. My experience at R/F was absolutely wonderful yesterday. Thank you Reza for making it so!

Our recent experience was great. Yuri was very thorough in explaining our options, prices, insurance, what happens if the price reduces within 42 days, etc. The manager was very polite, patient, clear and straightforward.
