When we walked into the store a very nice salesman Jerry Newman came up to us, gave us his name and asked if we needed help finding anything. We told him we were just looking and he said, fine if you have any questions I would be happy to help. My husband and I looked at so many different couches and love seats and after about 15 minutes Jerry returned and asked if we had any questions and we did. He was so helpful but we just couldn't make up our minds as to what we wanted. We visited 5 other places without any luck plus we changed our preference to real leather. The following day we went back to see Jerry and again he let us check out the leather sets at our own pace and when we had questions he was eager to help but never pushy or obnoxious like some salesmen can be. I told him I saw a nice set online at R&F but he told us that if we wanted to see it and check it out it was next door in the bigger store. We did and loved it so we went back to Jerry and let him know. The following day we ordered the set from him and even found 2 end tables to go with them. I can't say enough about how helpful he was and wasn't annoyed that we came back so many times to pick his brain. If you need furniture I HIGHLY recommend Jerry Newman! He is an asset to R&F and we couldn't be happier. Oh and we ordered on Saturday and the furniture is coming Tuesday! Wow!

My husband and I came in to purchase a metal bed frame. We dealt with Gerry Newman who was extremely polite and helpful. His knowledge of the item we needed was impressive and appreciated. We'll be back to purchase furniture in the near future and will be sure to look for Mr. Newman.

The gentleman who came in a timely fashion was lovely. Caesar was one. However I am very upset with the manager at Raymour and Flanigan outlet who told me that the ladder could be switched on the bunkbeds and it could not. So I had them return the bed and I’m very upset about not being given the truth. BTW, we have 3 couches and stacking tables purchased a few years ago and were quite satisfied. The bunkbeds were a recent purchase.

Renee was our salesperson. She let us browse and then asked us how she could help us. We told her what we were shopping for and she helped us narrow down our selection. She also suggested a pillow that might work well. She was respectful of our price point and did not push to make a sale esp in regard to ext warranty. We had a new mattress and box spring delivered next day-less than 24 hrs of us being in store. My husband and I are very happy with this purchase.

Was told will have furniture in 2 weeks. Just to call them they didn't even call me, to findout ill have it in OVER A MONTH. This will be my LAST Purchase from Raymore. Mattresses firm offers first responder discounts that Raymore wouldn't even bother to match it. This place is a joke. I furnished my whole house with raymore. Never again. I will never shop here again. Ill take my business elsewhere

Can you tell me if I buy a mattress I can return it within 45 days I return it for days later they tell me I can’t because I didn’t buy the protection program which nobody told me about unbelievable
