Kyle did a great job helping us find a full size daybed for our home. When our first choice wasn’t available in that size, he helped us search the store’s website for a viable option. Kyle made the process very easy and we look forward to working with him for future purchases!

Kevin S., your associate, was polite, personable, and most importantly, not pushy. He didn't hover, and left us alone to look, and would periodically check in with us. If he didn't know an answer to our question he didn't try and make one up. He was on honest about that and would go get us an answer.

I went to R&F looking for a very specific item that I was unable to find in stock elsewhere. Unfortunately, R&F didn’t have it in-stock either. The sales associate, Kevin, was very accommodating and offered me another product as a temporary solution to use while waiting for the item I needed to be shipped.
