I purchased a full bedroom set online for my sister Christmas gift who resides in an Assistant Living facility; it seems easy enough. During the busy and stressful time of the holidays, my delivery order was delayed twice due to damaged furniture, first it was the night table, then the bed. I purchased the Concorde Platform Bed, but what was delivered was a bed with slacks, when I complained to the manager in my local store Bay Plaza, Bronx, NY, he told me that there are two types of platforms original platform and the platform where I needed to purchase a bunkie board. The online detail description indicated that box spring was not required and said nothing about a bunkie board. I had to purchase a bunkie board, spending additional funds that I did not intend to. I would have returned the entire order, but my sister already saw her new furniture and I did not want to disappoint her, she do not understand. I will never order anything from Raymour & Flanigan again during my lifetime and will notify my family and friends of the horrific experience I had with Raymour & Flanigan.
