Very impressive customer service
Very impressive customer service. You can tell a lot about a company when things go wrong, and how they deal with it. I received the wrong order, the company responded by quickly sorting it out, ringing me a few times to keep me updated and check everything was ok. I shall be using them again, I'm very happy with the products too.

Original order incomplete
Original order incomplete, took over a week to rectify and rather than sending the one small missing item in a small jiffy bag by first class post, they sent a whole new item which was a palette delivery, delivered in the rain and ruined . Sorry wont be using RajPack again

As all companies do, we have processes and procedures, but there are times when we should be innovative regarding the best thing to do. This was one of those cases; unfortunately, we failed to do so on this occasion.
