Bought goods online and paid but have still not received the goods, despite them sending an email stating they sent! Have sent at least 7 emails to 2 different addresses, but am being totally ignored! Money gone, no goods and no answer = bad review and fraud complaint.

I live outside the UK and have ordered Dyson parts on two separate occasions. Can't fault the speed and efficient service and the customer service is second to none. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone.

I required a replacement motor for my ageing Nilfisk vacuum cleaner. This outfit was friendly, helpful and competitive on price. The motor arrived within 24 hours of ordering.

I recently purchased a fan from this company which suddenly stopped working two weeks in. I contacted the sales team who immediately apologised, offered a refund or exchange. I opted for an exchange and they sent a replacement immediately. This was before I used pre paid wrapping to return the broken item back to them.
That is excellent service. I'm now happy with the new item and with the correspondence/ support. Well done Mick & team.

I recently bought an OvenBrite kit and noted that a set of gloves was missing. Within hours of my notifying (on a week-end), they replied that they were dispatching an immediate replacement. Excellent customer service. Highly recommended.

excellent product but delivery took one week.

Ordered a hoover from them. Had no updates what so ever so after 5 days I ring them to chase up my order for them to tell me it had been damaged in transit and then by coincidince they had none of them left in stock. Rubbish. Basically they had none in stock in the first place and just didn't bother to tell me. Useless. Won't ever be ordering again!

Your web site was simple to access and user friendly. I, as an older person find that the number one priority. Your delivery service and updates were excellent. I will happily recommend you to family and friends.
