Poor customer service
I have had problems with a new car since I got it 9 months ago. Yesterday a technician from Nissan corporate came to Freehold to go over it with me. He found some problems and said they are going to fix it. They gave me a loaner yesterday and it broke down, they brought me another loaner today and towed the other one away. I called 3 times today to try and find out about how long will it take before I get my car back. Nobody had the decency to call me back, I'm not surprised because this is what happened every time. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.
