We had a rep around, he was polite, but not professional, especially in the way he measured the work surface.
A previous company gave us a drawing and a written quote, whereas Quicktops said a verbal price, which was £1,800 higher.
As such was will not use them and if you mention anything on FB, they block you.
The maybe fine, but not for me and I would proceed with caution if I were you.

We had a home consultant called Chris he showed us samples of there quartz worktops and talked us through everything he was a big help and we decided to go ahead and have them fitted, with in a couple of weeks or so we have had them fitted today and Ryan who fitted them has done a brilliant job he even cleaned up all the rubbish and left the kitchen nice and clean , we are really pleased with , Thank you Chris and Ryan you both did a good job. Would definitely recommend this company to family and friends .

Transformed my kitchen
Jake Evans the installer and carpenter did an excellent job on the kitchen tops. He made sure the joins were in the correct place so that the tops looked attractive. Very happy with the final result.

First class in every respect. Highly recommended.

Right from our first contact with them, this company were excellent. Communication was professional at every stage - and, they did what they said they were going to - which is very unusual these days. Delivery of the tops was on time and Tom, the fitter, was superb.
The result, is a beautifully updated kitchen that we both love. I highly recommend this company. Andy. Camborne, Cornwall.

Terrible customer service and organisation

I don’t even know where to start with reviewing this business but if you only have 10 seconds to read this all I can say is you will seriously regret getting his company to do any work in your home unless you’re happy to have your home damaged, like being ignored, misled or having an unorganised business who don’t communicate with each other & you when planning the fit! Also avoid Joes Doors & Quartzite who are all part of the same business! They take all of the money for the goods before installation & your remaining balance is purely for the fitters, so they make sure they have every penny before it’s been fit, leaving you little leverage when it all goes wrong! Also if you read through this full review & see how we’ve been treated, just know they are well aware I have a disability that affects the use of my arms and hands & also my mobility, I also work from home some days from my kitchen, so in spite of that they’ve still left my kitchen in chaos & done nothing to help fix that.

I paid over £10k for doors, an island, a larder cupboard & quartz overlays. A cheap business they are not, but I was impressed by the quality of the products they showed me. I booked them in July and they scheduled the fit for 23rd October, & it should only have taken 2-3 days, that’s the first of many misleading statements they made!

I was told the name of the fitter & a time he’d be with me, they changed the fitters but didn’t tell me and they rocked up after lunchtime, not the 8-10am time I’d been given, they didn’t turn up at all the day after & Friday they again turned up after lunch. They said they’d work until it was all finished but by 7pm it became apparent not all the items needed to finish had been sent.

This then set in motion a chaotic and unorganised attempt to not only deliver these items but organise them being fit. Massive panels of wood and worktops were dumped at my house with no warning and often when I wasn’t in. The fitting of these wasn’t scheduled until 7th November though so I had an unfinished kitchen & boxes everywhere. The new floor & decorator had to be cancelled because they couldn’t work with all the mess.

The fitters didn’t turn up again on the Thursday & didn’t even get in touch until the Sunday, telling me the business were no longer using them, a claim the business denies but can’t offer any other explanation for their absence. An alternative fitter was sent late in the day & all he actually did was assemble the larder cupboard, but he didn’t attach it to the wall or put the panels on it so was unusable. He said he’d probably be able to come back the following day to finish off but would let me know & I’ve not heard from him since!

He did however identify he couldn’t finish the bathroom as no worktop had been sent for that & nobody else had appeared to notice one hadn’t been sent!

During all of this process my living room floors and door were scratched, either by the driver or the fitters but despite repeated emails they claim it’s not their problem!

After it was apparent the bathroom worktop hadn’t been sent I advised I wanted to cancel that job as I’d had enough & was not going to allow them back into my house to do any more work or damage! They sent it anyway & are refusing to refund me the cost of the bathroom & just keep insisting I have to let them do the work. Despite me already having paid someone else to finish what he could in the kitchen!

I’ve had to take time off work to sit at home & wait for fitters that were late or didn’t show, I’ve cancelled appointments & missed important meetings & they really don’t care!

I’ve asked them to collect the items they’ve sent in error in addition to the parts for my bathroom that I had cancelled pre delivery and they’ve refused.

They tried to arrange another fitter to come & finish the kitchen even though I’ve told them I’ve paid someone else to do the work. They didn’t even bother to tell the fitter that so he messaged me the day before to tell me a time he was coming & I had to tell him there was no work for him to do!

They’ve not replaced the damaged door or panel on the island so even if I’d let him do the other work the kitchen still wouldn’t be finished!

Email replies never address all of my complaints & are often inaccurate and misleading, that’s if they even bother to reply which often they don’t! They accept I’ve been let down but aren’t prepared to refund me anything so I’ve no choice but to apply to the small claims court to recoup some of my money! Don’t make the same mistake I did and trust this company!

Great product and service

The whole experience was excellent the salesman turned up, wasn't pushy and explained exactly what could be done. The surveyour was courteous and was able to confirm all that had been said before. Chris and Paul were great explaining things as they went along and making any alterations that were needed on site. They finished the job and cleaned up after themselves. Very pleased with the result

Decided to upgrade my worktops in my…

Decided to upgrade my worktops in my kitchen and utility. Also changed my hob and sinks. I have a waterfall island and was worried about the overlay to the sides without damaging my floor. I needn’t of bothered. Our fitter Cameron was fabulous! He checked everything with me before cutting and his attention to detail was outstanding. My kitchen had been transformed. I would highly recommend this company. The only thing I will say is the sales assistants should not tell customers that there will be “minimal” dust. There is a lot of dust, even with the cutting done outside. A tip for future customers is to empty all the cupboards underneath ur worktops as all the doors will be off. Otherwise you will have a mammoth job of washing everything that was in them like I did. BUT that would not deter me from recommending them. I am over the moon with my new kitchen.

Worse company ever do not use

Worse company ever do not use, the plumber they send I won’t even go into it but I do advise anyone wanting to use this rude company to not bother cause when you complain it’s like dealing with bully’s at school, there rude and shift blame on you so it be pointless as they come back with remarks and argue with you when you defend yourself, they never accept fault for there incompetence!!! Do not party with your money- pay extra and go with reputable companies

Cracks and no customer service

I was initially satisfied with my worktop overlays but after a week or so I noticed a crack on one of the surfaces. They did come out and look at it but said it had been banged (which to my knowledge it hadn’t) but they point blank refused to do anything to put it right. I’ve now noticed a crack in the top where the hob is, I fear I will have to replace the whole top eventually. Complete waste of money
