Update (9/14/2026): After the owner said I could order again, I placed two new orders for several titles because the prices were lower than other sellers'. Both orders were successfully fulfilled and delivered without issue. I appreciate that the owner reconsidered the ban and allowed me to return as a customer.

I am updating my rating from 1 to 3 stars to reflect the full scope of my experience.

The positives: The prices are difficult to beat, the selection offers strong value, fulfillment was fast, refunds were processed promptly, and the owner followed through on his public invitation to let me purchase again.

My original experience: On August 30, 2026, I ordered seven DVDs. I later asked Quick DVD Delivery to remove one title ("House of Lauren"), which they did, and they promptly refunded the price of that item.

The next day, I noticed the original $5.86 shipping charge hadn't been adjusted. The site's shipping calculator showed $5.13 for a six-DVD order, so I politely asked whether they could also refund the $0.73 difference.

Twelve minutes later, I received this response:

"Your account has been cancelled. The remaining amount was refunded."

I then apologized for pressing the issue over 73 cents and offered to accept the original shipping rate and pay immediately if the owner would reinstate the order and my account. Eighteen minutes later, I received:

"You're banned from the site. Do not place another order."

I never used profanity, insults, threats, or abusive language. My first message was a polite billing question, and my second was an apology and an offer to pay the original, higher amount.

The owner later responded publicly that my original review was "100% accurate" and that I "didn't lie about anything." He defended the decision and questioned the sincerity of my apology, but later said I could order again.

Conclusion: My overall view of Quick DVD Delivery is mixed. The company offers excellent prices and fast fulfillment, and my two subsequent orders were completed without issue. At the same time, my original experience showed a very low tolerance for ordinary post-order inquiries. If you know exactly what you want, treat orders as final once placed, and prioritize price over flexibility, Quick DVD Delivery offers excellent value. If you expect room for routine post-order questions or minor adjustments, my initial experience is worth considering.

I've had issues with them on numerous occasions.from being verbally abused to straight out lied to about my orders. The way they handle customer support is doblorable. My latest issue they took and order from me and then sent a email saying would b a small delay in delivery. As the holiday sale had been very successful and had a lot of orders to deal with . Ok sounds good and understandable. Ten days later my order hasn't shipped or anything. I send an email asking about the status of my order and that I may cancel if it hasn't shipped yet. Now this is over wk and half after I ordered... they just send a email back saying I cancelled it. So they forgot to send my order. I ask about my order and they get upset and cancel it. Apparently Im just supposed to give them money and hope they send me the items eventually I pay for cause if u ask they'll get upset and cancel ur order. Had issues with them before and seems they haven't changed.thwy don't care about customers only there cash. Once they have that screw u if you order gets forgotten or lost or an employee verbally abused you.

when i tell you fast, i mean FAST. i got a little excited and ordered one half the dvds first then went and put another order in. they sent both the orders together and agave me a bunch of free dvds. A+++++ 10/10. don’t think twice about ordering from this website

This company is awesome. It came as quickly as it could considering the mail delays due to the pandemic, but they are so nice. I contacted them, because I had some questions, and they were helpful and so nice. I'm going to be a customer for life! I can't wait to order from them again!

Purchase DVD, never received. The company did nothing,had to get money back through CC. Fraud company beware

Always on time, professional and in regular packaging so mailman doesn't steal them! Good selection that grows repeatedly. Had a shipping problem once and was refunded and never happened again. Very professional.

As I was thinking of a way to start this review i thought of martin sheen in apocalypse now..don't worry this is good and by no means a bad reference and no its not the i love napalm wording..but martin sheen said near the beginning i can't tell his story without telling my own and if mine is a confession then so be it...i am disabled with cerebral palsy in a wheelchair..i am not saying that in a pity way at all but it is key to understanding how i see adult movies..and i agree with everyone on the planet that adult movies are fun and pleasurable..but for me it is my sex life and i see a lot of haters that say that adult materials is for people who are sick in the head..i think its very healthy and should not be demonized...i am also in my mid 40s..all that means is i was going to adult stores in the real world before the internet existed..and that was a good experience too..it was like going to record stores and hanging out with the staff they were my barber shop..we talked porn and life in general..and we became friends...fast forward to the present day when you go into a porn store especially a chain..they have toys and clothes and very few movies...so i went online and found quick delivery and i found a family...they accepted me and the cp...and it is like what i had at the porn store we talk and make a connection..and the owner doug and his staff have warm giving hearts..i truly feel that if we were next door neighbors they would check in just to say hi and care about my well being..all i know is though we are not neighbors they take care of me as they would for family...so yes i recommend quick delivery in a heartbeat and porn should not be demonized it should be fun

I have ordered from this dvd company many times they have always treated me right and if have had any issues they have always corrected the problem on one order the mail lost my shipment and the refunded my money and I reordered my dvds they shipped them again with expedited my shipment I will continue to order from them all my dvds

Placed my order and received updates that it had shipped with the expected date of delivery. It came on that date, intact and in discreet packaging. Very please.

I have bought hundreds of DVDs from Quick DVD Delivery over the past several years, and they have always treated me fairly. They answer questions and seem to be nice people. For example, in one case I ordered a DVD that I later realized I already owned. I sent them an email and they removed that DVD from my order and sent a credit to PayPal. I am sure that was a hassle for them, but they were nice enough to do it anyway.

Quick DVD Delivery is the best. They have the best prices and excellent customer service.

QDD is by far one of best sights around for adult dvds.Good selection of movies at prices you can't beat! Great customer service, quick and responsive. I've been a customer for a few years now, and have only had two mishaps which were addressed and resolved the same day.

I have placed a lot of orders with quickdvddelivery over the years. During that time I have had two problems , once an order was lost in the USPS , it had a tracking number but the updates stopped and it was never delivered. I contacted Quick DVD and received a refund the same day. There was another time when one disc was missing from a shipment , I contacted them and shipped out the next day. You can't get better prices and customer service.
