VW Kombi New Van Upgrades
I am so grateful to have found this company within weeks of purchasing my VW 2024 Transporter Kombi from new as it was my first van purchase and I was clueless. I pretty much bought a shell and Justin talked me through exactly what I wanted from the vehicle and how we could achieve it. They have lined and insulated the van, added fabulous lighting, tinted the relevant windows, upholstered all the material seats in a gorgeous faux leather, installed a leisure battery and added power points exactly where needed. It looks, drives and feels wonderful.
Just recently I spoke to Steve about the possibility of raising the vehicle by changing the suspension and he talked me through this step by step as the vans low profile wheels and suspension were not conducive with some of the places I needed to drive to. I was shown endless examples and I asked endless questions.
I had the suspension, wheels and tyres replaced yesterday and I now have my dream vehicle to take my competition search dogs around in and I could not be happier. Justin, Steve, Matt, Ryan and the team know their craft inside out and backwards and I know my van is always in the best hands possible. Thank you guys……………you are brilliant!

The VAG Experts - Very highly recommended
I have been using this company for all my Vag cars going back several years.
The services is always excellent and when problems arise they give you different options.
I have used their service center, used their van works center and also motor sports centre for upgrades 💪🏾.
Each time I have always been treated well and left very satisfied. They do good work, are trust worthy, fair and highly recommended.
It's good to see them expand with a new center in Bury St. Edmunds.
If you are looking for a reliable a Vag specialist you can't go wrong with Quatro-Tech.
A little hint is to book in advance as they are very popular.

Quality and Trustworthy
I have been taking my Audi for 12 years for servicing, MOT and any repairs (thankfully not many). Always found the team there friendly, helpful, happy to explain options and trustworthy, not all garage experiences the latter. Definitely recommend. Honesty wins
The VW main dealer told me thr brakes on my Golf needed urgent work. It would have been an expensive job so I went to QuattroTech for a second opinion. They checked the pads, and assured me the brakes were good for many more months,
That was nearly two years ago, and this month QT finally did the work.
I value that honesty. QT have won themselves a customer and I shan’t return to that main dealer.

QT Peterborough friendly and knowledgeable
Always found QuattroTech Peterborough friendly and knowledgeable. Prices are very reasonable compared to main dealer costs for same work. QuattroTech also don't fleece you-they won't just change parts for the sake of changing parts when experience intermittent issues that may have multiple causes etc.

OK but no follow up
Recently had a problem with my A5 parking sensor, went in a few days before to put it on the diagnostics to order the parts in ready for the service and MOT, had a feeling they weren’t interested in the repair, I was right, it wasn’t done, said it could be the loom, asked for a quote and it just hasn’t arrived

Excellent service
I have had my Audi with QuattroTech on 3 occasions and every time they have been excellent. Dealing with warranty issues as well as servicing and MOT.
Cannot fault there technicians or customer service, a great alternative to the main dealer.

Excellent staff and expert mechanics
I've had my skoda superb serviced and Mot'd for over 5 years at Quatro Tech St Ives.
All the staff are friendly and helpful and offer an excellent service. Could not recommended more highly.

At last, a reply to my review.
This must be a couple of years later.
Obviously we could go backwards and forewards with attack and defence tactics which I don’t particularly want to do.
What I would like you to do is be honest with your replies.
You say after inspection I needed a new heater matrix!
A small local garage took the same job on and discovered that the problem was a secondary water pump which took him less than an hour to replace.
A roadside mechanic found a small piece of excessive rust in the head of the bolt which holds the calliper in place. This is was what was stopping the wrench seating properly which was cleared with the tip of a screwdriver and he was then able to remove them with the ease that is expected.
You mention nothing about the rocker cover gasket which was causing the oil leak.
You quoted me £200 to replace it saying it only comes with a new rocker cover.
When I told you I could get one for less than £20, you told me that you only use genuine parts and it comes complete.
Another lie! My granddaughter came to you with a suspension problem on her golf.
You replaced that with a pattern part!.
You do not mention anything about sending me away with a vehicle that you have worked on and not reset the computer!
1/ I could not get into the car whiles in your car park
2/ when driving along, none of the windows worked like they should and I had to turn round and come back.
All I ask is for a bit of honesty,
Just admit that you made mistakes, everybody does but don’t make excuses to shift the blame.
