What an amazing service and amazing product, I ended up purchasing one straightener and one curling tong both work amazingly and I love the result. Plus I love coming back for my hair to curl as you get 3 free hair style bookings. Monica the lady who sold me the product was so lovely and would always come back to her, and her team is so lovely.

I have been to the Westfield branch and Monica have done the fab job!! She have completely change the look of me and I just Love it thanks Monica u are the best !!!

It’s a scam, do not buy it, and it burns your skin

My visit to PYT Statford was a nightmare! They lured me in with kindness, but then they sold me a product that was nothing like they promised.
They even pushed me to give them a perfect 5-star review!
When I tried to return the product, the manager treated me terribly, making a scene in front of everyone.
I felt humiliated and had to make up lies just to get my money back.
Don't fall for their scam – stay far away from them!

I bought a curler a month go in WestfieldLondon. It was promised that I can go back during the year to curl my and my daughters hair. However today passing around my daughter said she wants to curl her hair. Both salepersons were very rude; they were doing nothing, there was no person and they told us to come back from Monday to Friday... Ha ha... it is school day tomorrow; nobody goes to Westfield. In addition I could understand if they were very busy at this moment but there was no person in this time... So don't trust this company! They are kind when they want to sell the items but after sale service is 0...

YOU HAVE THE RUDEST MANAGER IN YOUR BRANCH IN WHITE CITY WESTFIELD. WHEN IT COMES TO SELLING THEY WILL GO TO ANY EXTENT BUT WHEN IT COMES TO SERVICES SHES THE WORST ON EARTH, PLS DO SOMETHING AS WITH YOUR AMAZING PRODUCT YOU NEED FRIENDLY STAFF NOT MODELS STANDING DOING NOTHING.

I bought the luxury hair straightener, and it has been really great for my hair. Andrea has helped me so much as well. Amazing experience.

Amazing product and super friendly, informative and helpful staff at the Trafford centre! I’m completely useless at all things hair but I was shown how to use the wand correctly and the rest is history! It came home with me! ☺️

Please be careful about this scam company! They will trick you into buying an amazing product that you cannot return. I was one of their victims. I received the product and agreed to buy it under the condition that I could try it at home and return it for a full refund if I didn't like it. The manager was accommodating and agreed to this. However, when I got back home and looked at the reviews, I realised that the brush they used on me was not performing the same as the one they were demonstrating.

Upon checking my receipt, I discovered that I could only receive a credit note and not a refund. Additionally, I had to email them before returning the product. After waiting for 4 days, they finally responded and informed me that they would not accept my return and could only exchange it for another item.

Fortunately, I was able to return the item to Stratford stand and receive a full refund before receiving their response.

So please be careful of these scammers!

Second time I bought the Ion Fusion 2.0 Pro digital Titanium Styler (black and Purple) because my girlfriend loved mine and I decided to buy for her birthday.
I got served by Denisa for the second time and this was random as I went to Westfield White City the first time and second time it was at Westfield Stratford. She is so lovely and she knows her products very well. She styled your hair like in a hairstyle salon. Great experience with Denisa and Monica! Thank you!

Monica was so warm and welcoming. Customer service was 100% likewise the titanium hair straightner. I highly recommend the product.

Monica was so helpful. She made sure I was very comfortable and she styled my hair so lovely. The PYT tongues are a great product and it's like having my own hair stylist at home. It has saved me a lot in hair dressing bills. I would highly recommend them.
