Andrea was very lovely, and the straighteners are good if you want to get curls, but it’s not as good to straighten your hair. I had to return it because I do like more professional products.

I have been a customer since 2017. Thats when I got my first PYT hair straightener. And I swear by it. I refuse to use anything else on my hair. The best thing is that when the weather gets damp my hair would usually start to frizz and end up looking like a lion’s mane but with PYT’s that doesn’t happen. Monica…!! Thank you so much for being such a darling!! You are a credit to the company. My straighteners were broken and she replaced them immediately. Such a bubbly person, professional and provide outstanding customer service. I would recommend these guys anywhere!!

A lot of the staff were really aggressive towards me and made us feel scared she literally came so close to my daughters face asking me if my child wanted to look like a princess which would usually be a sweet gesture but was said in a threatening tone and with a moody face after the encounter my daughter cried because how scared she felt.

I really love their products, I have their hair straightener and I use it everyday and always happy how my hair look. I also had my hair done today, I am really happy how my hair turned out and I appreciate the staff and how very nice they are.
