Biggest scam!!! Spent £280 on 4 items only received 1 item (the cheapest of them all) sent numerous emails got nothing back, contacted customer services they said the rest has been shipped 6 months on still haven’t got anything, remember to ALWAYS check reviews before using any website like these scum

Made an order never received it. Emailed over 20 times and still not heard anything back. Do not buy do not waste your money!!!!

When I checked the address and phone number in the UK it was actually a car dealership.
I’ve lost my money - Don’t loose yours!

I’ve now raised it with my bank who are investigating

Fraudulent company - placed an order for around £200. Didn’t come and 7 weeks later I asked the bank to reverse charge. Now 4 months later they have contested this with the bank and have provided fabricated images of an email from me saying ‘I loved the bags’. This company needs to be shut down by the police asap and I have already reported them

Amazing company! I’ve made 4 orders with PYE and all have been fulfilled and received. I wouldn’t believe the reviews on here as I’ve been following them for over a year and they have so many reviews and always deliver what you order. Some orders can take up 3/4 weeks but tracking is usually provided and they quality check and resend to you with Royal Mail tracking! People leaving nasty reviews probably had their item delivered and never removed it or have been left by competitors. Will keep buying and supporting PYE - amazing service and amazing quality items 🧡

Had to open a claim through my bank before the company finally sent the item. I had sent multiple messages, which have all been responded to with assurances that the item is on its way but the tracking details are not recognised and the company said at one point that they had sent me a WhatsApp message despite me never giving them my telephone number.

Placed an order on 9th aug and still haven't received it infact after chasing it up countless times I have not got anything back however, they also took out £800 out of my account.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM THEY ARE A SCAM.

Purchased a bag on the 26th Aug, only received tracking details on the 13th sep. Tracking details show a label was created on the 6th Sep and Royal mail have advised it's not even been handed to them. No customer service, no response from anyone, no details on refund policy. I still continue to wait for my item and a response from PYE on when it will be handed over or refunded.

I've reported to Shopify, who is there website provider as this is fraudulent behaviour.

I have also contacted Royal Mail, the name and address on the tracking number they provided are completely different, they advised me to call Action Fraud Police.

They need to be removed from trading.

Absolutely appalling.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Purchased a bag 2nd of August 2023, as a gift for my wife and never turned up. Its now 11th September 2023. After countless emails asking where the bag is and no reply. Tracking number is unrecognised. Refund page is blank. No customer service. Then had the cheek to ask me for a review on the item that I never received.
Don't get caught like I did.

Amazing service and quality of products! Delivery is around 10-15 days but all orders are tracked and confirmed with a signature/photos. I’ve ordered 3 times and am not disappointed and have even had some friends use PYE. Thank you so much! Look forward to ordering again 💙
