I am really pleased with these knee supports. They are the best I have tried. They stay in place with no rolling down and my knees feel well supported and they are so comfortable. I shall be buying another pair and I can recommend them.

The Bamboo compression sleeves that I ordered have been great. Perfect for wearing overnight. They are comfortable being soft and providing a good level of compression without being too tight. I’ve had them for about a week now and I’ve noticed a big difference in how my knee feels in the morning. There is noticeably less stiffness, less pressure within my knee and generally less discomfort.

I have had my knee sleeve for 4 days now and I’m very impressed with them , the pain I suffer in my left knee seems to be improving through the wearing of the purecompress sleeve, I have worn it through the night and it has helped with my sleeping, long may it continue to. It’s very comfortable to wear .

I ordered the knee supports and found them soft, confortable and easy to put on so much that now it's my mother who uses them since it helps her with her knees too.Will have to order two more !!

Following an error by me when returning item for larger size
got it all sorted out with Claudia who was very helpful
all promises that were made were kept

Order took about ten days to arrive, the didn't fit so contacted Purecompress who replied within 24 hours, they've agreed to send me the next size.

I have real pain in both knees and was looking for support for both of them for during exercise and also at night.

I have tried many different devices but the Pure Compress knee sleeves are just brilliant - they are firm supportive and comfortable and the bamboo material seems to be the big difference !

Ordered a pair of bamboo sleeves. Really happy with them. The material is lovely and soft and they easy the pain in my knees.

Ordered a pair of the knee braces but when they came the size was wrong. No problem, they told me to keep the wrong sized pair & would send the correct size free of charge. Can't ask for anymore of that. Superb. So far waiting the new ones to arrive. Can't wait to try these!!

Received a pair of support sleeves to help with my arthritis. Was more than surprised at the excellent quality of the product.

Ordered 2 knee braces but when they arrived they were too tight for me
They have agreed to send me 2 replacements in a larger size which is great and I do not have to send the smaller ones back

My items received although they took longer than stated, the size was tight. I contacted Claudia who arranged a replacement (free of charge) in the next size up and said I could keep the old ones. Am awaiting delivery of my new items.

Placed order on 4th Jan, advertised that delivery takes 3-5 business days, still waiting, had 1 email on 9th Jan with tracking details, checked today 15th Jan says in transit, it only left china yesterday,
Advertising says based in Netherlands, yet order comes from China? Similar to other company onecompression they also state in USA but delivery from China, not good service

I ordered a pair of foot sleeves from PureCompress. I was immediately impressed by the quality of the material, which was very soft and comfortable to wear. Unfortunately the size I ordered was too small. On contacting PureCompress to ask whether I could exchange them for the larger size, I was told that I would be sent the larger size and didn’t even have to return the original pair. It’s rare to find such amazing customer service. Many thanks, PureCompress, and Claudia in particular!

I’ve been dealing with knee pain during my workouts and these bamboo knee supports have honestly made such a difference. The quality is brilliant, they’re comfortable to wear and stay in place, and they’ve really helped take the pressure off my knees in the gym. I can train properly again without that constant ache. Highly recommend.

I had ordered the wrong size. I asked for return address and would have ordered a smaller size. I was delighted when advised no need to return and they would send new size. Not many companies would make it so easy! Can not thank them enough. A very happy customer. Lynn Jermy
