It readily became apparent that the pool techs are very well versed in all aspects of pool maintenance from cleaning to water quality supported by the tests they take on each visit and the chemical adjustments they make regularly. Each visit prompts an email with photos and the services provided. This past season my water quality was excellent, not showing any signs of algae that seemed to be a recurring problem before I placed my business with Puglia Pools. Owner, Chris Myton, is always ready to offer suggestions for more pressing issues like pool repairs. Chris is serious about customer satisfaction and very knowledgeable about all types of pools. After an in-depth consultation with Chris, he put me in touch with reliable tile and waterproofing trades people that did a very competent job on an efficient schedule. My pool has a saltwater system, which is of no particular challenge for Puglia Pools. Alison Honor takes care of customer communications and office operations. She and her staff aim to please and several employees speak English, which can be helpful with technical matters. To conclude I am highly confident to recommend the expert services of Puglia Pools to all who are concerned about protecting and enjoying the great benefits of owning a pool in sunny Puglia.
