Firstly I contacted my local branch of Protyre and Auto are, in Macclesfield and spoke to a very helpful young man. My appointment was made for 1130 the next morning. On arriving I explained to Danny, what work I required to be done. Danny said he would get started on my car and would keep me advised. A little while later he phoned me to advised they did not have sufficient types of tyre I required. However Danny offered me a cheaper alternative. Which for the type of driving and low mileage my wife and I do, was quite acceptable. I was advised by Danny that was a problem with one of the wheel nuts and the job would take a little longer. All the while I was kept informed of everything I needed to.
It wasn't too long before I received a call to say my car was ready for collection. BIG thanks to Danny and the team.

All the staff were very welcoming and professional.

The whole process of ordering a particular tyre and having it fitted was completed within less than 1 week.

Called in regards pressure monitor on car advised to have tyre changed and valve.
Had to call back a few more times and had all 4 changed with new valves just to be told it might be the computer on board the car or low battery

Danny and the lads at Macclesfield branch sorted out my alignment on my Tangerine Scream Focus ST after a previous Tyre place had made a complete mess of it and they did a brilliant job, i would highly recommend these guys and will definately be my go to in the Future, i can't thank them enough, thanks again, Michael.

I had a puncture and Kwik Fit were not helpful so called on Protyre in Macclesfield . So refreshing to receive helpful and positive service from the guys at Protyre. Booked in next morning and enjoyed excellent assistance with two new tyres and free coffee!!

Shocking!!!
Took ages to put on the new tyre , I nearly didn’t check , when I saw the tyre they had put on I was horrified, I have road tyres , they had put on all-terrain tyre . It was blatantly obvious that the tyre was not suitable. They proceeded to try and tell me that it was only the pattern of the tread which was different.
I insisted that this was not correct not only by the visible difference but the fact that the new tyre even said AT for all terrain. They kept going back to the computer to see what had been ordered. I was told that when ordering the tire was not available and so the person who had ordered the wrong tire had just ordered the next available tire not only would I have been unable to return said Tyre if I had driven away with it but it would’ve caused my vehicle to pull one way and would’ve been horrendous to drive in the end. I told them to put on the spare tire to give me a refund and I would go somewhere else. one phone call to a different Garage and I had the tire ordered and fitted the next day in a fraction of the time and I was charged less for exactly the same process.
Extremely disappointed.

Booked my car appointment on-line. Dropped it off at designated time, it was taken immediately for re-charge of air con. Phoned me within forty minutes to confirm job done. Super efficient as far as I'm concerned. And the service was on price offer at the time. Very helpful and polite staff. Would recommend.
