As per my complaint below the Manager asked me to email my complaint which I did. He then called me and said he would investigate and get back to me. I DID NOT HEAR FROM HIM AGAIN!! I sent several emails asking if he was still dealing with my complaint. NOTHING. That was a month ago. As I said previously please stay away as they are obviously Cowboys!!

PLEASE READ THE ONE STAR REVIEWS! These guys are scam artists and have not only stolen from me but also ensured my child now does not have the present they wanted for Christmas! Do not buy from their website whatever you do!

By the time I'd spent literally all day talking to EE about my broken phone, I was very frustrated. I went to this shop and in brief, Jeet sorted the problem. I have to say what was more important than that was his very good customer care, taking extra time to do this or that for me and explaining things to me which I needed because by the time he was helping me, I'd lost the plot at the hands of EE customer service/insurance. I'd recommend this shop to anyone for good advice, good products, fair prices.

Purchased a monitor for my son for Xmas gift paid in total £109.53… got a text to say they would let me know when dispatched. Then I receive a notification from my PayPal several day later to say I have been refunded the money due to no stock 🤷‍♀️ so I went back on their site and the monitor is still there with next day delivery included 🤦‍♀️ so message them to ask what had happened as this was an Xmas gift and get told they were selling them to cheap (i purchased item on an offer) and have had to put the price up and if I want to purchase I can but they can only take off small amount. What a joke! Altho an apology was given u have wasted my time and trouble and I will not be getting that refund in my bank for several days! Will not be purchasing anything from u thank-you what money grabbers!

Ordered an item and waited for some kind of shipping notification. None came. After a week, I looked on their website only to see that the order had been cancelled and my money 'refunded'!

My first complaint is that they didn't even have the courtesy to tell me they'd done this and my second, more serious complaint is that they haven't refunded me. I've been exchanging emails with their so-called Customer Care who have assured me that the refund takes 3 days. That was a week ago. It's now 2 weeks since they debited my credit card and they're still continuing to lie to me. Now Customer Care is not even replying to my emails.

If it was possible to give iMobile a zero star rating, I would have done. Small Claims Court: here we come!

il keep writing a bad review till i get answers as this is not fair. i ordered a phone a week ago said it will be delivered next day. no communication unless i contact them. i was told it was dispatched but nothing the contact number when you choose any option it goes straight to answer phone. £611 and as of yet nothing feel like im being ignored.

Sold my phone to them, they have received it I have POD. No email to say they have received it, I chased them to ask about payment and was told there are doing payments manually and will take longer than stated on the website next day payment. Manage to speak to someone and said I will be paid today but still waiting for it.
I just would like to received my payment of my phone back.

Raja at IMobile Bromley was most helpful and patient. He was able to provide me with a new screen protector and find the best fit for my iPhone 15 Pro after a few different tries.

Would definitely recommend his services for any of your needs.

Would write no star. They looked look like they don’t know what they doing. They quoted me 150 for my phone written down Then they said 140 for it. So they conned me out of money and then they said nothing they can do now.

No one go to this place the gentlemen was so adrupt saying nothing they can do but if they say it’s 150 it’s 150

I recently visited iMobile Pro Tech Experts after hearing numerous recommendations from local mobile shops and referrals from network providers. The staff were helpful and friendly, and the prices seemed fair. The store was well-stocked, and the service overall was decent, although not outstanding. My experience was positive, with good assistance in choosing a new phone and addressing technical issues. While the service was generally excellent, it perhaps didn't stand out enough to justify a higher rating. Overall, a reliable option for mobile needs, but there's room for improvement. 3 stars.

Seriously Avoid !! I purchased a phone from these guys way back in July. The order was then cancelled. I am still awaiting a refund it’s now November . I’ve emailed, I’ve tried to call and had no response. Seriously how can a company be this bad !!! Awful service & experience.

I would be very wary of this company. I ordered an Xbox controller which was sold as brand new but it arrived with no box. I have sent messages via email, messenger and what’s app for the last week but had no response
As an update they ask you to contact them to resolve but then ignore all contact. I was misold an item as new which it’s clearly not and yet the items are still being advertised. Promised a partial refund but nothing. Trading standards aware

Bought a power bank, was not suitable for all my devices. Staff very happy to swap for a higher output one. No quibbles. Happy customer and thank you.

Was looking to buy another phone as my old one was on its way out. From the moment I stopped to look in the window to leaving the shop with my new phone the customer service was second to none. The manager Fahad gave me a good deal with case and screen protector included and set up my new phone which took him way less time that it would have for me! I found him and the other staff extremely polite, courteous and helpful. An example of great customer service which is quite often not the case always these days. 5/5 from me!!

It was always nice been in there store .. they have good customer relations and are always ready to give there best in all .. I never regret patronizing them .. try them out guys
