It was super easy to sign up for Prosight Fitness Insurance and get the coverage that I needed as a fitness instructor. I was, however, disappointed that my policy automatically renewed without receiving notification of the renewal ahead of time. (Perhaps an email was sent to the spam folder?) But when I called in to cancel my policy because I was no longer teaching fitness classes due to injury, I received immediate help and a refund on that policy.

ProSight Direct is great for any working DJ! They've always been on point with their services!

So far so good never had to actually make a claim and I been with them almost a year but pretty easy to sign up and straight to the point

Had trouble signing in to renew my account. Custermber was great and help me fix problem in just a few minutes.

I haven't needed to file a claim yet, so I can't talk about that side... as for everything else. A+. Cool staff. Good prices and hopefully a promise to take care of those who use them.

The insurance policy is a basic no frills coverage policy. I will assume that the coverage is good, but have never had to put in a claim. The ease of writing a rider is okay. I am not happy that auto renewal occurs in a pandemic with no work going on. A rebate may have been in order as no coverage was used or needed last year.

It was easy to sign up and understand options for coverage! It’s easy to get certificates per venue that requires insurance docs prior to booking!

Although I have not had to make a claim the process for obtaining insurance is very simple.

Fortunately I haven't had the need to use this service yet I am glad to know if I needed it's available. Very reassuring.

Never needed to use the insurance, thank goodness, but it is very reasonably priced and the coverage seemed to suit my needs. I shared it with another exercise instructor.
