Very misleading
The woman whom I talked to was misleading me. She told me that there are two options for the broadband: Vodafone and Virgin Media. She said that Vodafone is much cheaper but it will take 2 weeks to install. Then the Virgin Media is a little bit expensive but the installation will be next day. So I did my research first and talked to my husband. We did agree to go with Virgin Media not only because of the fast wifi but because the women said the installation will be next day. The next thing she booked me in for Virgin Media and they texted me that the schedule is on September 2, 2022! Oh my gosh! That’s too far! I only transferred last Tuesday and I have to wait that long?!
Anyway, long story short, I gave out to them and I called the Virigin Media. I asked for an earlier date because I need wifi. If you are going to talk to them, be careful, don’t go with the one that’s easy. Do your research and ask them a lot of questions.

We were happy to speak with you and explain further that through the ordering process with the Broadband provider, your property was showing it was eligible for next-day delivery. Once reaching the end of the ordering process, the systems informed our agent that a technician installation would be required for your property. Property Button had no intention of misleading you and we informed you during your call with our agent that this was the case. Further Property Button has no control over installation times made available by the Broadband provider. We were happy that you were satisfied with this explanation when we spoke to you.

Signed up through them for broadband and waited more than 6 weeks without any confirmations about it. Phoned the provider who couldn't find my order. A lot of time wasted.

We processed your order as requested with your chosen Broadband-provider on the 19/07/2022 and unfortunately received no communications to inform us there had been any failings. We have reached out to the Broadband provider to confirm why they did not process the order sent.
I can see our team has tried to reach out to you by phone, if you would like to get back in touch with us we can update you once the Broadband provider has issued a response as to how this order fell through.

unorganised, caused early termination fees, poor communication
They applied for 2 different providers at the same time. Ended up with an early termination charge from one provider as a result.
Didn't respond to my emails asking for an explanation over 3 days. Had to call them to sort it.
