Very helpful with excellent communication and went out of their way to help. Will definitely buy from this company again and would highly recommend them to friends and family

I ordered football shirt for my son, a medium as all his tee shirts are this size. Unfortunately when this arrived it fitted snuggly and really needed to be bigger. I was told when I asked that I was not able to change as it was made to order. I understand this but would expect to be ‘warned’ if an item comes up smaller than usual. I will not be buying from this company again

Purchased football boots and a football and I was happy with them both. The order arrived quickly with no issues.

Very happy with the service and options that were available, quick delivery thank you

Customised football gloves are excellent quality and value and shipped very fast. First class service

Excellent service excellent product

Easy to use and top quality. Ordered 15 shirts, arrived swiftly. Issues with graphics ironed out by supplier. Overall easy and enjoyable experience.

Excellent service. I email with a question and they responded straight away. I then placed my order and it arrived before the date ProKit had stated. Kit is a very good quality and personalisation looks excellent.

It took a month for it to arrive, which is a joke when paying £6 for delivery.
When trying to call to find out where it was it was the sort of call that makes you want to punch yourself in the face - pressing options then it cuts out, start again, maybe after 25 minutes actually speak to someone.

Great service as always. All my previous orders have been posted but this time I collected the items in person. If you get a chance to collect the items make sure you do, as it’s like Aladdins cave for football. I’ll be back!

My son joined a new team UPR and needed the kit quickly, ProKit were great and made the process very easy, thanks again guys much appreciated.

ProKit helped us out very last minute for a kit and printing after we were let down last minute.
I have to say the whole team from start to finish were excellent and communication through the process was exceptional. The kit as arrived a week earlier than expected and in great order.
Great team and would recommend them to any club/team in the future and we shall be 100% having further conversations with ProKit on further business with the club.

Ordered a few times from them and they have always delivered my items in good time! The customer service is brilliant, they are very quick to respond to any queries and happily adjusted my order when I needed to. It’s a shame other companies don’t show such good customer service!

Amazing quality kit

Full football Kit plus 2 coaches jackets arrived on time, was exactly as requested including the customisation. Quality good and priced well.

Very friendly service.
Got the wrong size football shin pads and they were very obliging in letting us come back a week later and try another pair and was able to swap them.

Great service from Pro Kit ordered some training wear and it came really quickly. There were a few items that didn’t fit and Pro Kit were so helpful when it came to me returning those items - will use again going forward !

Great communication about items and great turn around time.
My only complaint was I asked the courier to leave my parcel in a safe place which I informed them and was left in plain view by my front door.
