Profascia replaced soffits, fascias and guttering on our detached house and we were very happy with the work. At the initial estimate meeting Felix explained very thoroughly what would be done, the materials to be used and the time frame. The estimate was sent promptly and it was comparable to quotes we received from three other companies. However, Felix's no-nonsense, pleasant manner and knowledgeable approach tipped the decision in his favour. The work was done within the estimated six-week lead time and completed in three days. Mark and Jason, who did the work, were helpful and flexible, professional, efficient and communicated well. Despite the very cold temperatures they cheerfully got on with the work with minimal fuss and everything was left neat and tidy when they finished. A couple of small follow-up snagging items were dealt with speedily a day later. Overall we were very pleased with our dealing with Felix, Mark and Jason and would be happy to recommend the team.

They did what they wrote down that they would do, on their quote right so they did do an excellent job on fitting the new soffits and fascia.
They worked liked slaves all day long and into the night on this November night they ought charge a bit more - the foreman is Felix son Tommy he is 19 - so the actual skilled roofer is named Liam -

We had all of our gutters and facias replaced by Profacia. Good work carried out and all rubbish cleared away. We have had a subsequent issue 6 months later which has been rectified quickly after excellent communication with Felix. Would recommend.

The main reason i used this company was that i liked that, when Felix came round to give me the quote he brought a display, showing me exactly what they would be doing & the materials they would be using, quote was reasonable.

I needed fascia replacing on the front of my house. Shared photos and video with Profascia on WhatsApp, they were able to provide a very reasonable quotation.
Booked them into do the job during the day while I was out and returned from work to a pristine new fascia with no other evidence (mess etc) that they'd been at all.
Invoice came a few days later with charge as per the quote.

In depth quote and straight forward negotiation. Communication after paying our deposit was a little slow but work was eventually started within originally agreed timelines. Two man team did a really great job, replacing all sofits, fascias and guttering in just under 2.5 days. Also replaced a couple of tiles for an elderly neighbour with no charge while they had their ladders out which was a really nice touch. Rubbish removal was very efficient at the end of the job and the standard of finish was excellent.

Profascia are a family run business with a professional approach. Their rates were 'extremely' competitive. They went the extra mile and completed our fascias and guttering even in poor weather. I chose this company given the very positive reviews on Trustpilot. The initial work of replacing fascia, suffits and gutter was not done to a high standard. This led to a number of problems. A few weeks ago we started having a leakage from the ceiling due to the incorrectly fitted eaves protection board that were blocking any ventilation. Eventually Felix has sent me a competent builder who has fixed the problem and has agreed to cover the costs of any dump caused, which is much appreciated.
