I have been using Production Room for as long as I can remember. They always give me great advice and service. I can trust their experience and knowledge and if I ever have any problems can take things back with no hassle. I love their friendly down to earth attitude and have always gone to them for anything I need in the studio and for live use, recommended.

They kept me updated on the delivery every step of the way and made sure i knew i could contact them about the purchases if i needed too. Great buy, delivery came quickly and overall extremely happy with the process.

Met the Production Room Team at the London Emirates MPX show back in November, I'm sure they remember me buying a load of controllers that day. I really wasn't sure what to buy at first. But really pleased how I was treated as a customer with helpful information and a healthy debate assisting my purchase choice.

The following day I rang up the shop and purchased again. I was treated like customer should be.

Shortly before Christmas I was looking for a new mic and had done the internet price trawling ritual. I was after an sE X1 bundle - and Production Room had stock and comparable prices. I rang on the Friday afternoon, spoke to a very nice member of staff who reminded me that I got a free mic stand with the deal (nice touch!), and so I ordered over the phone for pick-up the next day (Saturday). Having got there too early - before the shop was officially open (my fault), I was ushered in and made to feel pretty welcome whilst they fetched my gear for me - instead of making me come back at the right time. Good service, good price, and a good deal. Thanks for making it easy.

The fact they offer you offer a drink when you are in there just says it all... Great shop.

I cannot fault Production Room one bit. When you walk in you are instantly taken back by an array of what others would call "Geek Gear". There is a warm atmosphere and you don't feel as though that they are trying to make you buy everything. I always mange to lose myself and be myself in the shop.

I really can't knock the place or the staff. 11/10!!!!!

Gotta say it but the guys at the production room are not only knowledgeable, but really helpful! Not only did they offer me some invaluable advice, they really went out of their way to check what they were selling me was really what I needed! Not often companies go that extra mile...big thank you guys.

Highly recommended. I've had three major purchases from production Room, in the past three years. Each time, the staff have gone out of their way to keep me happy and get me the best deal, all the time friendly and professional. One minor manufacturer fault I had with one item, was sorted out straight away. Picked up, repaired and delivered back to me, I didn't have to do a thing. Living as I do in Manchester, it should tell you something that I'm prepared to buy my gear from a shop based all the way in Leeds... 5 happy stars.

Another retailer had a much desired item in stock and Production Room were able to source one directly from their UK distributor and have it delivered to me the next day, and at a lower price! Couldn't recommend them more. Outstanding communication and service.

I had been waiting ages to get a MIDI keyboard and finally decided on the Korg TRITON Taktile 49. I rang up and Andy who works there answered and we ended up having a lengthy conversation about various products. His knowledge, help & enthusiaism backed my choice and I was very happy I used The Production Room. Andy even called me to tell me my keyboard had been taken out of the box and put on a shelf away from people but had all the same been out. He didn't have to do this and I would have been none the wiser but he did and I really appreciated his honesty. He even got my keyboard sent to my work address so there was no messing around and it was in my very happy possession in under 24 hours! Brilliant. I will definitely be using these guys again & thanks once again Andy!

I was in the market for a MIDI keyboard controller and stumbled across the Production Room and am very glad I did. I ordered my product and received it speedily, however I had made an error in purchase and had ordered the wrong item. I proceeded to ring the Production Room who were more than helpful in finding the correct product for me and apologising for the inconvenience even though the error was mine. Absolutely brilliant customer service and would recommend this company to anybody.

My experience was absolutely top class. The guys are so knowledgable and really professional. They were patient and explained everything thoroughly and I wasn't made to feel stupid for having limited knowledge about the music tech side of things. They spent lots of time talking me through different options and the products I bought suit my purposes perfectly. I also left the store feeling that if I needed any technical advice in the future, no matter how basic, the guys here would be more than willing to help.

Would highly recommend anyone to go here if you're in need of equipment.

A few months back i was looking around for some studio monitors to buy for general music production work. Production Room were very helpful in suggesting appropiate monitors. I ordered online and the monitors came very swiftly. The points scheme, although small, is a nice addition that allows you to save a little bit especially if you are buying lots of equipment.

I have recently purchased quite a lot of kit for my ever expanding home studio project from Production Room Leeds. I have no need to go elsewhere as they are priced very very reasonably and their advice is second to none.

Very friendly atmosphere and very helpful at finding an alternative product to the one I was originally looking for. Allowed plenty of time to try out the equipment, and freely browse around the store without being "bothered".

Also dealt with them again on the phone, and very helpful and responsive!
