Fantastic experience and customer service
Fantastic staff, friendly and informative.
Was allowed to demo a knife before purchase, which was again accompanied by expert knowledge.
Great offers were available and with the warranty and to further that all products are made with long-lasting materials that hopefully should last a lifetime.
Edit: Unfortunately, one of my items was faulty once I returned home to use it. I called up the customer service team, and within 5 mins they had reshipped a new replacement. Happy Days!!
