Staff in the Plymouth branch are always super friendly and very approachable. Always on hand to help, demonstrate and advise. This is my new favourite shop.

Great products helpful but not pushy advice, friendly , considerate staff

The staff were really friendly and informative. The products are such high quality and come in a variety of colours which is great for matching any kitchen.

Very welcoming with the staff and helpful. It been a long time since I experience expert customer service. Make me want to buy from you again.

Was great friendly staff always happy to give advice on your purchase

Very helpful and friendly staff.

Very helpful, remembered who I was from a previous visit. Showed me my options for a purchase

Staff were very helpful and happy to provide any advice without pushing for a sale.

The assistant was very helpful in helping me decide on the knife sets, very polite and cheerful

The staff are very friendly, helpful & knowledgeable

Staff member extremely knowledgeable. Knew exactly what to recommend to suit my needs, including consideration of the weight of pans.
I bought a set of pans and also the Elite frying pan. I have been surprised that food sticks badly to the pan, though I thought I had seasoned the pan as recommended.
Frying an egg was hopeless.
I called in to Pro cook ( in another city) to ask about this. Again I received good advice from staff there. Staff are obviously so well trained and knowledgeable about the product they sell. The saucepans are very smart.
I hope the frying pan’s performance will match up to its high price. Time will tell.

My wife and I only entered pro cook looking for another outlet that used to be in this location. We began to browse anyway and a very enthusiastic member of your team gave us her undividdd attention. As above she was very enthusiastic and very knowledgeable about your range of products and the relevant levels of quality and price. Suffice to say we bought a set of cutlery and a couple of small items but will return when ready to make our next purchase.

Very helpful assistant who had a good knowledge of the product.

Great staff, new about the products that we wished to buy and gave very helpful tips .

Mainly the proficient help the shop staff provide. We've been impressed on several occasions.

The shop is very well laid out and the staff are friendly and helpful. I can’t fault them at all.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Gave good advice and didn't try to push the more expensive items.

Great Staff....quality products...the service was excellent.....love going here 👏 👍 👌
