We visited the Exeter store looking for a new saute pan but we saw the Malmo Teardrop dinner service on display and decided to renew our old crockery. We wanted two sets of 16 pieces. The Malmo crockery is 'handmade', so the textured pattern on the plates and bowls is variable, with some imprints off-kilter and others quite faint. The staff at the Exeter store went above and beyond, taking every piece out of the boxes for us to inspect, and allowing us to change one or two badly-matching ones for those on display. We are really happy with our purchase, and it's all down to the help we received from the staff. One kind lady even helped my husband take the boxes to our car in Princesshay car park. Really excellent.

Second purchase in two weeks as found excellent standard of goods and excellent customer service. Very helpful staff again and even allowed me to leave items in store while I continued shopping.

I needed a new stainless steel pan and opted for Pro cook.
Lovely shop in Exeter and Carlene greeted me at the till as i approached and asked if i needed help. She showed me the stock, helped me understand how to use it correctly so things don't stick. She was most helpful, friendly and courtieous. Would recommend ProCook Exeter.

Good range of roasting trays (better than anywhere else we looked in Exeter) and nice to get some money off because we spent over £50.

Sales assistant (sorry I didn’t get her name) was really helpful and not pushy!
She listened to what I wanted and gave me all the options available - nothing was too much trouble!
They even kept my purchases safe while we went off shopping and collected them on our return.
Purchase is of extremely good quality and value for money was incredible!

Very disappointed. This is for a visit I made on the 18th/10 and today 1/11. I made a purchase in store in Exeter on the 18th Oct, you pop your email into a tablet device at the till to get a receipt to email, also I got a 15% welcome discount code. I had numerous emails over the past couple of weeks reminding me of my offer code and that I needed to use it soon. I looked online for some pan protectors, found some in pro cook and a 4 piece trivet set, as you can't collect an online order from store, to save the postage I thought I would wait until today to go into the store and pick up the items using the code. I also found a Utensils pot I would find useful, went to the till, the guy applied the code, (I couldn't remember the price of the trivet set) so I paid, entered email for receipt and left. A short while later, I checked my emails and looked at the receipt, I had received less than 10% off the transaction, not the 15% the offer promised. I went back to the store expecting I would receive the extra £2.10 off my purchase except that didn't happen. I had checked the discount I should have received on the products I bought on the website, total discount on those products on the website showed as £5.85, what I had received was £3.75.
The gentleman that had served me, looked at my receipt (on my phone) tried to work it out why it had deducted what it did. The deduction was that the pan protectors are in store "discounted" from £10 to £7, yet they are just £7 online, so they were not discounted. My only options were to keep as I had already been sold, or return them. I decided I would return the pan protectors and the Trivet set but keep the £15 utensils pot, where the gentleman serving me said that it would need to be full price if I only wanted that as the discount code had a £30 minimum spend. Now the email with the code has no mention anywhere of a minimum spend and on the online store it is happy to discount for one item at £15 so it's either the guy didn't know what T&C's or there are hidden T&C's just applicable to the physical store. So I returned the lot and will be unsubscribing from any future emails. I subsequently went to Lakeland and spent £80 finding extra things I wanted and the pan protectors I wanted which for the same number and equal quality were much cheaper.

Really friendly and helpful staff. Quality items at a decent price. There and then shopping, I love it!!
